I had such a good experience with The Apple Repair Station! My laptop was very badly damaged and needed multiple repairs (battery, backlight and logic board) which was so affordable compared to other places. Not only that, but the staff were amazing, really kind and communicated with me throughout keeping me updated with the process. i had a 2015 McBook Pro that was quite poorly with a failing battery. I had also worried that perhaps the logic board had been impacted by an expanded battery. So i was quite relieved to find the Apple Repair Station and their excellent, knowledgeable staff who were happy to take my laptop in for repair. Not long thereafter, they had performed some system tests, replaced my battery and gave the computer a bit of a much needed wipedown. And the price for this work was better than I expected. In fact, I was so happy with the service, I brought in an ageing ipad for a screen replacement and, consonant with their passion for excellence, they turned that task around with great aplomb. Genuinely nice service although I was extremely disappointed I was not offered a lollipop from the jar on the counter. Will return. Much gratitude.

Went here to get my Mac and my daughter’s iPhone fixed. Good value for how well they repaired what we thought was an unsalvageable situation with the iPhone (it was dropped in a toilet). Very helpful and polite staff, really easy to deal with.

Came here to fix my 2018 MacBook Pro 15” which I had covered in coffee the day before. Really good service, they fixed my macbook 16" killed by liquid damage in 3 days for 269£. The staff was friendly & technically proficient, the website has a handy button for tracking progress, and the total price including fixing logic board was good(considering the amount of work and apple asking ~1000£ for similar damage). Another great point is how quick and responsive they were: brought the laptop in the morning - by lunch received an email with results of diagnostic; confirmed final price and after one more day they notified that everything is done

Great shop - very honest and helpful staff. I bought a thunderbolt cable for just £15, took it home and had trouble fitting it into the socket of my imac. I rang up and they said bring the whole mac down and if it was an easy fix it would be no charge. I took it down and it took about 20 minutes to solve the problem perfectly and they said no charge - they wouldn't even accept a tip! Highly recommended.

Great quick repair, cheap. They charged £59 for what competitor tried to charge £540 for. They also replace my space bar which was damaged and didn't charge or mention it! Below was review for other people. Brought in my laptop as was the recommended mac retailer, they said that there was a logic board problem and that it'd cost £540 to replace. They almost instantly said it was probably wouldn't be worth doing as it was so old. The lap top was 22 months old. In the next breath they said I might as well get a new one, which they could get in for me tomorrow. Instant upsale! I then thought better of it, I brought to a close by independent apple repair place and they found the problem was in the keyboard with water damage. Repaired for £59 with far friendlier service.

The delete button on my Apple wireless keyboard had come off and when I took it to the Apple Store in Covent Garden they said the only solution was to buy an entirely new keyboard. Not true! The staff in this Apple Repair Station were incredibly kind and fixed the problem in under 10 minutes. That has saved me about £100 in avoiding having to replace the keyboard, which was working perfectly otherwise. I can't recommend this store enough & will definitely come back if I encounter any other issues with my Apple devices.

I typically don't write reviews, but this service deserves recognition. Stan is understanding and extremely accommodating. My laptop had a healthy serving of iced coffee to the keyboard and I thought better of it and brought it in, despite it still working post-spill. I took my MacBook Air after I spilled coffee and milk on it. They were really good at responding and did a fine job repairing it. They have a basic charge if no part needs to be changed, but if they change something they obviously charge you. That was clear from the beginning. The problem was that I only came to the knowledge they had changed a part when I went to pick up my computer, and of course the basic charge went to double the price. When I pointed out no one call me to tell me this, they said they had forgotten to call me and let me know. In the end they were really nice about it, and only charged me for the basic service. The computer works perfectly and the job was done in really good time. Other than that little bump in the road,it was perfect. Highly recommend.

Having spilled water on to my open laptop (the part above the keyboard), it wouldn't power on, so I decided to go here based on the reviews about liquid damage specifically. Most places will tell you that it's not worth trying to repair the logic board but they were very optimistic that since the damage had happened within 24hours that they could salvage it and remove the corrosion - they did! It cost £180 which I thought was very reasonable considering what the other alternatives had been if I hadn't gotten a good repair. The service was really good too, and the turnaround time very fast at 1.5 days. Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommended. Searched a few of places. Cheapest place I could find to replace a 2014 MacBook Pro 13inch Retina Screen. Took half an hour. Paid for a Grade B Screen which had same 3 month warranty and had a tiny coating issue on the screen. Ended up getting Grade A same price because the other one didn't work. Efficient service. My screen stopped working for no obvious reason and I tried everything I could and nothing worked. I packed up my MBP and took it to the Regent Street Apple store. I queued for five hours and finally was told I could leave it for repair, which was currently running at about ten days before they would even look at the machine. I brought it home. Whilst I was away, my wife discovered The Apple Repair Station on line. I rang them up and sent my machine to them next day with UPS. They took it to Apple and sent me a running commentary on what was happening to the computer. In less than a week, they emailed me to say my MBP was fixed and ready for pickup. I went round there straight away and all was well. Stan mentioned that they will be starting collection and return some time soon. The entire experience with The Apple Repair Station was superb. They did precisely what they said they would do. I recommend them with no reservations whatsoever. Owning quite a few bits of Apple kit, I feel a great sense of security now that I know how to reach The Repair Station.

These guys give the best service, and are incredibly reasonable. They are also able to offer you help advice not based on trying to sell you their products but based on your needs! They were incredibly helpful in helping me sort out a laptop reinstallation and at the end I basically walked away with a new internal hard drive and I now feel as happy as I would if I had bought a brand new 1000 pound laptop! After a milk spill on my MacBook Pro a few months ago I thought I'd gotten away with any major damage but a routine check at the Genius Bar told me my laptop was in fact buggered, and that I needed £900 (!) worth of repairs. I thought I'd get a second opinion and this place was recommended by a friend. Thank god I did because they sorted it all out for £85! My external rather old Seagate Go Flex desk hard drive packed up with some important data on. I got several other estimates for rescuing data and The Apple Repair Station was a third of the price, rescued the data with no fuss and put it onto a new external hard drive I supplied. Very pleased.

The friendly service, advice and most of all speed of turnaround mean that I'll be going back should anything else go wrong in the future. Replaced my crippled hard drive with an SSD and as a part of the basic cost of this they also changed cables, cleaned fans, replaced faded keys and missing screws along with tightening my loosened screen hinge. Apple Repair Station was one of my best experiences with any service I received in London. I was listened to when describing my issue, they have carefully investigated and found the problematic part of my beloved MacBook which was basically a faulty chip on the logic board. Here comes the most amazing thing any repair station would ever do for you! Instead of saying - "well, mate you're screwed, we'll have to install a new logic board, £800 please...", they have informed me that this is a recurring issue with Macbooks produced during the particular year mine was produced and I can just simply return it to Apple and they'll fix it for free. This is what I've done and my device got fixed and these guys have not asked for a penny for their (otherwise incredibly fair and helpful) service. I don't know how I could return this favour of basically saving me £800 whilst being extremely kind and fair. I hope this review somewhat help them and encourage East London people to work with these guys. Thanks!

Having dropped into a couple of other local Apple repairs spots - and being stunned by the level of service (or lack thereof) - these guys were an absolute treat. In contrast to the 'ivory tower' bullshit you get from super-intelligent but socially inept competitors, the team at the Apple Repair Station are more than happy to explain the reason your equipment isn't functioning as it should, exactly what they propose to do and how it should help, and exactly how much you're paying for each part, or element, involved in that process. It wasn't cheap (I had some local competitors quote me significantly less) but then again nothing worthwhile ever is. A+.

Smashed my iPhone screen way back in December, and as I use it every day for work, I needed someone reliable who could fix it same day. A+ service, and had a great chat while I waited too. £79 all in, with 90 days warrantee. Will be returning with my slow Macbook soon.

I have to agree with the stellar reviews here. I've been here two times now. Both times have been during the Covid lockdown and they were super helpful. Additionally to the quick turn arounds and helpful service they also gave me a slight discount for the 2nd time as it was in such a short time span (and both times my fault as accidental damage is not covered by warranty as anywhere else). Skeptic proven wrong: I fell asleep and knocked a glass of red wine over my closed Mac Book Pro. Full glass of wine seeping into the machine from the underneath. I realized 1 day later and open it, attempted to turn it on and was met with no display, no start up, no action whatsoever. I took it to a certified Apple Repair shop for a quote (Mr Shoreditch), and was quoted an obscene amount to fix it. Mr Shoreditch is a professional looking store with polished equipment and unfriendly staff who relieve you of your device and charge you 60 for a quote. My quote was 1200 pound to repair, with a new logic board, new hard drive and a variety of other components. I was despondent and about to scrap my MacBook and buy a mid range machine for 500 quid. Then I took my MacBook Pro to Apple Repair station. I dealt with Alexandra who was, reassuring, calm, convincing, funny, pleasant and had excellent customer service. Was told me that liquid damage was a common issue they deal with and that they could fix my machine for a fraction of the cost. I was skeptical at first, but have to say I received first rate service. They took my device, sent me photos of the damage, told me they could repair the logic board for 216 quid. After repairing the logic board they discovered my Hard Drive was screwed, and even offered to return my machine without the charge of the liquid damage as they did not realize the HDD was screwed until the logic board was back up. In short I got my back my MacBook as if it was brand new, with a new HDD, polished, shiny and working like a dream for a little over 500quid. Which is well over half the cost of the certified Apple repair shop. This is now 1 month later and the MacBook is working like a dream and I could not be happier with the repair or service. Special call out to Alexandra who is learning Japanese. Arigatō Alexandra and Arigatō Apple Repair Station!

Amazing service and a fraction of the cost quoted at the Apple store. I tipped a HUGE mug of tea into my laptop- which died immediately. After being quoted £600-£1,000 for the repair at the apple store and over £1,000 at a neighbouring Hackney repair store... I was advised by the Apple Repair Store team to try their LIQUID DAMAGE SERVICE at £120... They managed to revive the logic board and top case which Apple wanted to replace. The only replacement part needed was the I/O board, so the total repair came to £230. Not only did the APS save me hundreds of pounds, they also had a super-quick turn around, - I dropped my macbook off on Wednesday evening and had it back on Friday afternoon. Desktop files all in-tact and everything just as I'd left it before the tea disaster... These guys are super friendly, sympathetic, knowledgable and I would highly recommend the service to anyone... get in touch with them before you pay hundreds more at the Apple Store !!

Dropped my laptop on the floor, damaged casing and the battery started swelling up, pushing out the trackpad. Looked like the end for my Macbook Pro. Sharuz (the manager/owner?) and his team removed the broken battery free of charge, put the casing back together and suggested I leave it at that, or I'll be throwing lots of money away, potentially saving me hundreds of pounds. Don't waste your time or money anywhere else but here! After spending hours going all over London to 4 other places to get my MacBook evaluated and repaired I was repeatedly sent away after they refused to even look at my laptop for a minimum of 7-10 working days. BEST APPLE REPAIR SERVICE EVER! I had to replace the screen of my beloved Apple MacBook 13.3″ - Core 2 Duo 2.26 GHz - 2 GB RAM - 320 GB HDD - White Unibody, after a massive picture fell on it, pretty much destroying the glass LCD for good. Now, we are speaking of a 2009 model and I wasn't even sure that it would have been possible to repair it cause the screen is a whole piece that needs to be plugged in the machine... I brought it to a lot of different places - from the Tottenham Court Road laptop services shops to the official Apple resellers like the one on the Strand. I also brought it to the Apple Store in Covent Garden and no one was able to help me at all. Best thing I could get was an outrageously expensive quote with a waiting time of 2 to 10 weeks....Stanley and Yussuf did it in less than 24 hours for a very reasonable price and, most importantly, they didn't replaced my screen: THEY REPAIRED IT! Brought in my MacBook Pro mid-2012 Retina Display after it mysteriously died despite my own various attempts to fix it via SMC reset, new charger. Stan & team provided an awesome service and fixed a super complex issue in less than 24 hours - the experience was like a nerdy / comedic episode of CSI - the problem was throughly investigated, I was sent photos showing how messed up the logic board became after a loose screw fried it and was told by Stan about the adventures the electronic engineer had who reviewed actual schematics of how the machine is built in order to repair it. These guys are amazing ! I went to the shop with a Macbook Pro that was basically dead ! Black screen...no start up chime...nothing ! The staff was so helpful and polite ! Consultation (for them locating the problem) will cost you 20£, which I think is very fair compared to some of the other places I found (including apple). It was nice to receive a notification on the repair process and they even send you photos of the inside of the computer and when they found the problem (which was liquid damage). They don´t repair anything without your permission....which I think is a great service. My computer was done after 3 days and the repair cost was under 200£ (including consultation, work labour, System C service (disassembly of the computer and cleaning of all board connection and removal of any corrosive parts), new computer parts (I/O board) and stress testing. I basically came in with a computer that was dead and I had very low expectations.... Turned out to be liquid/moist that was the reason for its (way to early) departure to the Apple graveyard.....BUT they still managed to save it. Can´t recommend these guys enough......and on top of it they also gave me a UK Macbook charger for free :) (I was using a EU one). THANKS guys !!!! You are awesome !!!
