Great service but just want to point out, these guys are not actually inside that shop ‘Fix’ like Google suggests. Just something that they need to sort out, apart from that couldn’t fault the service. Thank you guys

I have been a customer at FIX for years. Now I have met the guys from The Laptop Clinic and was very impressed. My laptop was old, very slow and the battery needed replacement as I have the laptop always plugged in the mains even that I know I shouldn’t. So I went to Streatham on Thursday 27th August 2020 to leave my laptop for repair for a maximum amount of £200 all inclusive. The very next day I got a call from The Laptop Clinic. They offered me a refurbished laptop, same screen size, newer version of my old hp and a faster chip, plus office suite and mcafee with one year of warranty. All this for £250 including free delivery and free data transfer from the old to the new laptop. On Saturday evening my laptop was delivered to my door step. I honestly can and will recommend this company as I like their professional attitude, friendly approach and first class customer service I appreciate the very competitive pricing for their service. You really can’t ask for more.

These guys provide a great service with their collection and delivery which is free I may add I spilt my drink on my laptop, called them and gave them the model number and they confirmed that they had the keyboard in stock they recommended that they clean the motherboard to which I agreed They collected the laptop and returned it fixed 3 days later! It wasn’t cheap but the service was definitely worth it

The staff are very polite and understanding. Especially Mo who attended to me, he is patient with me and answered all my questions about laptops and desktops. I came there To repair my laptop due to spillage but end up buy an iMac also. Both of them works perfectly and were delivered to my home for free. I've been using The Laptop Clinic service since 2013. From choosing my first Mac Book Pro and having it serviced to maintain its longevity their advice and care is on par' with the Apple Store itself (In my opinion) 😉. I definitely recommend their services and products especially now that everything is going online and digital, you just don't know when you'll need some TLC for your devices. And their pick up and delivery service is an extra help qhen you just dont have time. Thanks The Laptop Clinic.

SAME DAY PICK UP and DELIVERY!! I called the Laptop Clinic and Mo was extremely helpful. As we are all currently working from home I need my laptop. I live in the Croydon area, my laptop picked up from my address, the screen fixed and delivered to me all in the same day. The service I received was impeccable.

Collection and delivery is fantastic! So both the Imac and macbook suddenly stopped working on Saturday evening. It was during lockdown (shops closed) right, my son had an online Uni exam on Monday am. Panic stations! I called Mo, due to the urgency, he worked on Sunday and my son was able to take his exam the following day. Phew! Talk about life saver and at a reasonable price too. Highly recommend for the above reasons. Happy to admit when their initial high-level (hadn't actually got under the hood) diagnosis wasn't correct. Tried other things and fixed my Xbox issue.
