Wow what perfect service. Had a problem with my Macbook pro not holding a charge on a Saturday afternoon with busy work week ahead. I called them 5.45 PM and was told they could fix it first thing Monday morning. It was repaired with new battery fitted and tested within 50 mins whilst I waited. Can't beat that for efficent , stress free and professional service. Highly recommended.

Here is what had happened to me and how they have helped me: A bottle of water had leaked in my handbag and caused horrible liquid damage on my MacBook Pro (mid-2015, 15inch). The water got inside the Retina display, and the screen did not light up anymore. Another repair shop that I contacted initially claimed that the damage was beyond repair. But I urgently need the MacBook for my work, and I cannot live without it. Thus, in a state near total despair, I contacted the Mac Response Centre hoping that they would be able to help me - and they absolutely did! I could not have had any more positive experience: They immediately got in touch and had a look at the computer as soon as I arrived. They ran various diagnostics to find out what the exact problem was. It turned out that the main board was still functioning but needed ultra-sonic cleaning to avoid/remove corrosion and that the screen would need to be replaced. The replacement screen was delivered within very quickly (within two days), and I was able to collect the computer immediately on the same day as soon as the screen had been delivered. While I was waiting for the screen to be replaced, I was provided with a replacement MacBook Pro (in which my own hard drive had been inserted), so that I did not lose any further work time. The total price for all of this was extremely reasonable (in particular, compared to what some of the other options were that I had considered before, such as buying a refurbished or new machine). On a final note, I would like to add that the staff working at the Mac Response Centre are not only highly competent and helpful, but also very welcoming, kind, polite, and friendly. In total, the repair service was extremely professional, very fast, friendly and reasonably priced. I would like to strongly and warm-heatedly recommend this service to anyone who experiences any Mac problem. Therefore, very solid five stars (it should be six!) for how excellent and competent the service was and for how well I was treated as a customer here. I am endlessly grateful for your help - Thanks a million!

Came here after my macbook air presented sudden keyboard issues and couldn't be turned on. Went to an 'Apple Verified' store before hand, and there they told me I'd need to be replacing the screen, logic board, and keyboard, all for a total of £1000+ ; they told me I'd be better off just buying a new laptop! I saw this place had excellent reviews and came right after - didn't have to book an appointment, and was told my computer would be diagnosed and fixed within 24 hours - they identified that the issue was from my keyboard and it would be fixed for £222 (VAT included). I left my laptop with them and it was ready the very next day, as good as new! Would absolutely recommend this place over the Apple store/any other 'Apple Verified' place: the staff here was incredibly friendly, informative and genuine in their service - not to mention that the service saved me a heavy penny from getting it fixed elsewhere. Will be coming here should I have any future issues!

Thank you for fixing my MacBook Pro yesterday. After a spillage rendered my macbook unusable I took it to the mac response centre 2 hours later it was fixed, new keyboard, cleaned and conducting paste redone. This company are efficient and keep everything in stock. They do the work on the premises. I also found them to be really friendly, reassuring and curteous, showed me around the workshop/cleanroom. I broke the screen connector on the logic board of my 2011 Mac while trying to clean it - not many companies are able to perform logic board repairs (including apple). I popped my Mac in to the team at 18:00 just before they shut and they promised to investigate the issue the next morning, which they dually did and it was ready for me the next afternoon. They diagnosed a fault with the SMC chip and replaced it. I think many other places would have ripped out the whole board. I felt very comfortable that they knew what they were doing. Data Recovery is absolutely nerve wracking when you dont know if anything off your computer is salvable. Steven picked up the phone by chance on his day off and must have detected the anxiety and worry I felt over trying to recover 10 years of work off my dead mac. He waited for me to come over and has spent several hours on his day off performing a diagnostic and ultimately recovering from my computer what I thought I'd never get back. He has also helped other people today even though they are supposed to be closed; the kind of generosity and sense of community that seems rare these days. Can't recommend this place enough!

After downloading the new Mojave Os to my iMAC, the machine slowed down radically. I contacted The Mac Response Centre and they suggested bringing it in to upgrade from 500Gb to 1TB solid-state memory. I asked them to mirror the disk, just in case, but it seemed that Mojave had wrecked my disk as well, and it was very difficult to download the data. In the end, I was able to restore from Time Machine, but Steven went significantly out of his way to work out how to copy my data to another disk, just in case - many thanks! Very impressed with this company - would recommend them very highly to anyone else

There was a slight delay due to the replacement keyboard being delivered to the wrong address but this was no fault of theirs and they kept me updated throughout. After accidentally spilling tea on my less than 2-year-old MacBook Air and being told by Apple that both the logic board and keyboard were dead and that the best option would be to buy a brand new Mac, I came across the Mac Response Centre. They were able to look at my laptop within 1/2 hour of me calling at their walk-in centre near London Bridge. They knew exactly what they were doing, took it apart, dried and cleaned the logic board and keyboard using specialised equipment - neither of which needed changing! - and the laptop started straight away. I took my macbook pro in to be repaired here a while ago, it was in a very bad state and failed to stay on and was giving various error sounds when booted. I was charged a few hundred pounds for a full clean and reflow to the heatsink, as Sam at the repair shop figured it was an overheated GPU chip (a common problem with laptops with graphics cards). The repair worked for only 1 day before the problem occurred again.. this time even worse. Thankfully the repair had a warranty of a few months, so I took the macbook back in to be mended again, with no extra charge, but it turned out to be a bigger issue, after further failed repairs and waiting time there was still no success. Over a period of about 3/4 months my laptop was in the repair shop, I called every week for an update but was told the issues were ongoing and I should call back the following week, this went on for a while.. and a after a couple months of no news and no call-backs, I felt ignored and fobbed off. At this point I was disappointed and ready to call it quits, collect my broken macbook and cut my losses, the repair shop seemed to have sidelined me, I was ready to call it a day, and I would've left a bad review. However last week I finally spoke to the management, I explained everything that had happened and my extensive waiting and mis-communication - and they were very understanding and apologetic, as a result I was kindly offered a refurbished Macbook Pro for no extra cost, to make things right. I walked away with a fully working machine, something I really didn't expect, and was considerate of them to do. For this reason I will leave a 4 star review, I appreciate when a company can honestly accept a mistake, apologise, and help. And despite being messed around I am okay with how it turned out. I assume my case is an exception as there are plenty other good reviews here. Repairs can be so costly and stressful, and it's was good to be ultimately taken care of and everything made right. Happy to have a fully working macbook again!

Literally the first time I have felt compelled to write a review but this was genuinely a spectacular turn around. I spilled a beer on my MacBook pro. Assumed it to be a write off as a substantial amount went through the keyboard. Took it in and had an initial review done for 45$, liquid everywhere.. They proceeded to do a full clean and service, replace the logic board and keyboard all for £300 ish and it took about four hours! Incredibly nice people to deal with also. Literally feels like a brand new machine now. Thanks guys - not such a horrible end to an idiotic spill.

From start to finish, my whole experience with the Mac Response Centre was better than I could have asked for. My 27" iMac (Aluminum Unibody) computer was overheating. I called several repair shops in my locality, and no one seemed to pay attention to what my actual problems were besides telling me how much it would cost to take a look at my iMac desktop. Then I called Mac Response Centre and was connected to Stephen. He told me few of the most probable reasons why my Mac computer was overheating and failing. He provided me a rough estimate for the repair process and asked me to come over. The next day I visited the store. It was well organized and clean. The engineer kept in contact with me as the repair process progressed. One thing to draw attention to it how the staff were ready and eager to listen to my issues and accordingly explain the options available to have my computer fixed (which I certainly required, as I'm not a tech expert). Very experienced team and exceptional customer service. Would happily recommend these guys; they will always find a fix for your Mac problems.
