Best computer tech in Ealing by some distance. I searched everywhere for someone who could fix a PC stuck in an infinite reboot loop after a Windows upgrade. Got silly replies and quoted crazy prices. Tommy took the PC, diagnosed it, gave a fair price, and did it in an hour. Exaclty as you'd expect from someone who actually knows what they're doing :-))

My 2015 Macbook would not power up anymore so looked for a place where I could try to get it repaired. TommyTech was very prompt on responding to my query. The diagnose was also very quick and tried their best to repair it but because multiple parts would have been required with still uncertainty of being a working MacBook anymore, they proposed couple of options including a replacement Mac. I kept my original SSD HD and placed it in the MacBook Air (2017) which I purchased at a good price. It came with 3 months warranty. Couple weeks after I realised that I had some iCloud synching issues and upon popping in and a little troubleshooting, all was swiftly resolved! Highly recommended!

Which meant I couldn't log on to my laptop, which is a shame for my laptop as it's been through a lot and I'm not willing to give up on it. Waited a week and a half, eventually received a call and it was ready to be collected. Works great and able to log in (thumps up). The price for the service was fair and even giving them a tip! highly recommended!

When buying from TommyTech, I was extremely impressed with the overall customer service. Tommy is a very nice man and easy to talk to, even when there was a slight problem! He negotiated the price with me fairly and when something went wrong with the product, was apologetic and fast to fix the issue. His customer service is top class. The product I bought was in the condition stated and works better than I expected it to! He has a variety of products and accessories available in-store. Very happy with my service today! I needed some work done on my MacBook Air, I visited another "recommended" place before Tommy, however there they basically told me if I leave my laptop with them they proceed with repairing what they find faulty without prior call to confirm with the customer, which to me meant I'm agreeing upfront to pay any price they come up with in the end. No such issues here - I was contacted and the problem, proposed solution and price discussed before anything was done. Laptop fixed the same day. Very friendly and professional service. I'll happily use this service for other issues I have with electronics in the house.

Had a 27” iMac from 2012 with an incredibly slow old harddrive upgraded to a SSD by Tom - it’s made massive difference! Putting a SSD into an iMac isn’t the easiest thing (many places don’t even offer it) but Tom sorted it quickly and for a great price. Would highly recommend Tommytech for SSD upgrades for anyone in the area!
