Good price for a screen repair. The shop is easy to find and Malik went the extra mile by making sure the device was delivered at a time in the year where postal services are under pressure. Nice to be able to see my screen almost like new!

They have provided a great service for me on three separate occasions. Cheap, fast, friendly. Cheers guys. Edit: Used Urban Tech again recently and the service was superb once more. iPhone 7 screen replacement done within forty minutes. A few initial teething problems with responsiveness of the new screen seem to have gone away (now had it three weeks and all works fine). I’m confident that had I returned with an issue Malik would have sorted it without a problem, he’s a good guy. Cheers - great business. Edit: After the lcd starting playing up, Malik sorted it and replaced it, no questions asked. Great guy, great service - thanks very much. Will definitely use him again.

Had a cracked screen on my iPad mini 2, causing it to frustratingly navigate by itself. Sent off my iPad to Urban Tech and they kept me informed throughout each stage. They sorted out the issue and I received my iPad in the post with a new screen and no more opening apps by itself. Very quick service and Malik was very kind to keep me updated throughout it all. Great service, would definitely recommend. Thank you!
