I was in a real pickle when my macbook pro did not switch on yesterday, with two important / impending deadlines upon me for work. Abraham and the team understood the urgency and were able to identify the problem and fix the problems, while i waited. There calm manner really helped me in my panic. If I had taken it in to Apple it would have been about weeks wait to get my computer back and most likely quite expensive. They were also able to supply me with a new charger as a bonus as mine was faulty. Reasonably priced too. I am so grateful to them - and happy to be writing this review on my newly fixed macbook pro, with all my files intact allowing me to make my deadlines by the end of the day, keeping my customers happy too. I wanted someone who would upgrade my very old MacBook Pro. Apple wouldn't touch it, and I looked at a hefty expenditure whichever route I had taken. We Hire Mac installed a 1TB SSD, upgraded the RAM and replaced the battery, all for a very reasonable price, and with a confident no-nonsense manner. That old work horse now starts and is ready for action within seconds. If all you want is to give your old Mac a new lease of life and an improved performance, I doubt you could do better.

We Hire Mac fixed my laptop after not being able to turn it on. They were very professional, responsive and reassuring that my laptop would be fixed. In 24h my laptop was fixed and I was able to use it for work. I also hired a mac from them to be able to work which was also great! Excellent service as ever. I needed an update to my hard drive and Abraham worked on preparing this overnight so that it was ready when I came in with my laptop. He then fixed the new hard drive while I waited and also sorted out the old one to use as backup. The laptop is now ready to use in a live music situation thanks to his expertise. If you ever need any Mac repair this is the place to go- he also is very honest about what can and can't be done so won't do work that is not needed. Recommend very highly.

Abraham is the go to person if you’re looking for a repair, upgrade or get a second hand computer. I got today my MacBook 16” and I couldn’t be happier.
