Somehow In trying to Sync my Laptop, I pad and Phone I got locked out of Apple. Techs sent for recovery link. Went to Store when link arrived, and saw Ben who very patiently got the Devices to sync with same password. As my Laptop 12 years old brought new Mac Air. Ben was brilliant and somehow managed to transfer data from old laptop to new one which was not a straightforward operation. Ben is extremely helpful and I consider that Select are lucky that he works for them.

Really great service here. Had to take my laptop in for a repair, and it was sent away and fixed quickly. Had a Masters deadline coming up which they took into account. Friendly, helpful staff with good attitudes.

Great friendly customer service & advice from Steve when popping in for general advice with regards to changing to Apple/Mac computer system. Sep 18_ Computer now purchased -absolutely top class service esp. from Ben, all questions answered, good sound practical advice, no hard sell, even a follow up call to ensure everything okay later on the day of purchase. All of the staff in store were helpful & friendly, customer service as it should be.

I had a problem, not with my MacBook, but with one of the apps that stored and read all my customer data. The manufacturers of the app I was using, had not updated itself to be compatible with the new Mac updates. Not knowing what to do, and desperately needing to access the information, for business- I made a quick call to Stormfront, as I bought the Mac from them, some years ago. I requested an appointment with an Apple expert , booked it at a convenient time for me, and received a reminder text just before. An expert called Olly helped to identify me as the owner of the MacBook, and within an hour of trying various ways to read the data, he had sorted my problem. I didn’t have to wait long to be greeted, or dealt with. Whilst I was waiting I was quite happy, just listening to the music they had playing in there, and looking out of the big window onto the high street. I didn’t feel silly having to ask for help, as I was treated politely and with respect. At the end of it, I felt I had been rescued, and I will definitely go there in future, for all my Apple needs- I think we are lucky to have their service locally.

Very impressed with the service I received from Kuldeep and Ross. My iPhone would not power up and I thought it was broken but it was fixed without any issues. I was seen within seconds of entering the shop and it's in a great location with friendly staff. I have visited the store on numerous occasions to purchase accessories which all work perfectly.
