Ben was superb with my mom. He was patient with her and listened to her specific requirements. If you need an upgrade to your old laptop I highly recommend The Laptop Doctor as the solution. The solution was an upgraded harddrive and a new version of Windows.

So, last week I broke my phone screen, completely kurrrput, so I popped into lap doctor for advice. Ben was very helpful and immediately looked into the problem, hurrah it was fixable with a new screen, so I left him with it and within a hour was done (shop was very busy). A genuine repair by a very friendly and professional gentleman. A week later I’m back again as I’m a numpty and dropped my phone AGAIN and smashed the screen this time, Ben once again, took control and fixed it for the 2nd time within a week. I would not hesitate to recommend the Lap doctor for you phone repairs. I was very impressed, top quality service, friendly & professional. Competitive prices too. Will use them again, but hopefully in year or so rather than twice in one week! 😀

Both Ben and Sarah went above and beyond to help me with my laptop which had locked and was inusuable at an absolutely key moment. It required a new SSD, and they helped me select the correct one from sending them links. The laptop has been seamless since! Excellent service from Ben and his colleagues. My laptop is my lifeline for my work, and Ben’s knowledge, experience and transparency made me feel confident that I was in good hands. I’ve previously had my laptop serviced elsewhere and the service was nothing like what I received here. Price wise I think it’s absolutely fair especially given their convenient location in a shopping mall.

I have been using the laptop doctor for years now and have never once had any problems with them, i have had the following repaired here and will not use anywhere else the Quality and professionalism is outstanding and the prices you pay always include parts and labor but most of all I pay for there experience and knowledge. I had a devastating week for technology. My phone stopped working, and then 2 days later my daughter destroyed my laptop screen. Sent my phone to Google and took my laptop here. Very nice guy helped me out and had my laptop fixed in just 4-5 days, including the weekend. I had many gigabytes of recent stuff I worked hard on and didn't want to lose, so they saved my laptop from losing anything too. Now I use Google Drive's 200Gb option to back everything up automatically. My heroes.

My MacBook Pro (mid 2010) was in a pretty bad way. The battery had run down and it wouldn't charge, so I couldn't even turn it on. Before that, it was really laggy and not very nice to work with. I dropped it in and spoke with the very friendly staff who knew exactly what they were talking about. I mentioned I was looking to get a SSD drive to speed it up and told them what I would be using the Mac for. They recommended a size that would suit my needs and quoted me a very reasonable price. A week later, I have my MacBook back and its like its brand new! They managed to recover ALL my files from the previous hard drive and I now don't have to shell out thousands on a brand new MacBook! Overall, friendly staff who know what they're talking about, speedy service and a very positive outcome.

Brought my mac book pro on a Wednesday afternoon so they could change my hard drive, they told me that it would be done by Tuesday the week after, and they managed to repair it in less than 24 hours instead (legends). It is now working perfectly, for a great price, and by some really lovely people! I would totally recommend! I have an essay to give to Uni next in a week, I thought that I would be totally screwed, but they totally saved me! Keep up the good work! :)

I was very pleased with the work carried out on my laptop by laptop doctor Dave,as my laptop was very messed up with viruses etc, Infact so bad that i was unable to use it. It was good value for the work done which was done within 24hrs and they added useful things within the price and even windows defender which seems to be doing a very good job as so far I have not had any more viruses and my laptop is working perfectly. A great service with friendly staff, I would recommend any one with laptop problems go and see these people.There Great.

Took my laptop to two different companies (one was Apple approved) and both couldnt fix my laptop. Took it to Laptop Doctor and after 3 days they had it fixed. I had my Alienware M15x Laptop fixed here on the 10.4.15 and the guys working there were super helpful in diagnosing the problem with it (broken Hard drive) and fixing it swiftly. They had the most professional service I have seen in years and were very quick with the repair having it completed by the end of their working day. They even cleaned the laptop screen for me and made sure I had the necessary OS on my new hard drive with Microsoft Office and Google Chrome installed on the device. They also offered to back up what they could from the old hard drive if needed, and gave me the old hard drive back for me to use if needed. I could not recommend these guys highly enough. Looking through old reviews I can honestly say I was expecting the worst but they have certainly changed and upped their standards since those reviews were written. If you have any issues regarding your Laptop, these are the people to talk to in Maidstone. I can't thank them highly enough.

Had a very slow laptop and they cleaned it up so it is working great now. They explained everything that would happen with the bonus that they back up your drive and install anti virus software. Brilliant! The staff were all amazing - highly recommend and will head there again for anything!

I cannot praise laptop doctor enough. I called them as soon as i learnt my hard drive was broke and they told me to come straight down. Unfortunately the damage was great. I hadn't backed up my data, but it had every photo I had taken for the past 5 years and i was devastated. The owner and another of his staff (I'm appauled i dont know their names) really offered me kindness; this is a business after all (where the aim is to make money), but I really felt I was treated like a human being, not just a source of income. The owner truly offered the human touch and offered to try another test that they could run over night, promising to call me the next day. He did and while he still couldnt get my pictures back he and his colleague worked after closing time on Sunday to repair my laptop so I could at least use that. He also gave me details of a company I could try for data recovery. He was really kind and friendly and certainly offered the best customer service. At no point did I feel belittled or patronised, and my distress was taken seriously and with compassion. I was very, very impressed and am most grateful to them all for the understanding and support they showed me. Can't recommend enough!

I had a really good experience buying a replacement battery for my Laptop. I wanted a genuine Asus A53E battery and I found I could buy it here. Other sites said Genuine Asus battery but were actually genuine compatible Asus batteries. Customer email inquiry was responded to very promptly. The order arrived from China to UK in about 4 days from order. Put in the new battery and worked right away despite me being worried all the time it would play up. I would definitely buy from here again.

I can't comment on the technical ability of the staff here but I can attest to their technical knowledge, the staff are very friendly and very helpful and were quite happy to stand around for about half an hour for me to bounce some ideas off them. Would definitely take my equipment along if I'm ever stumped
