My laptop practically died on the Monday ( Blue Screen of Death ). I phoned Louis and explained to him the problem. He took it in that evening, turned out my Hard Drive was shot. Louis kept in contact updating me with the problems he found and answered any questions I had. After having data retrieval, windows reinstalled, a service and an replacement/upgrade of my Hard Drive from a HDD to a SSD, I had the laptop back in a few days. Louis is reasonably priced for the work that he has done for me and I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

We used Mr Leedham for our lap top repairs. This energetic and friendly young man managed to get our ancient computers working again at a very reasonable price. This was undertaken in a very timely manner and he even delivered them back to us. I'm not sure if that is a usual service but it helped me. I would not hesitate to use his professional services in the future, should we have further issues. I would also recommend him to friends and family should they need his help. I have also seen some of the web page designs he has done and was just as impressed. I wish him luck with his business as he moves forward with it.

The service was great, Louis was helpful, understanding and efficient. There was a delay (2 days) in getting the replacement screen but this was not Louis fault and he refunded a portion of the price paid for next day delivery. This worked out cheaper and better than either a high street repair company or trying to get the part myself from amazon and paying someone to fix it. If I have any more problems I will definitely be contacting Louis again.

Excellent service - really listened to my problems and ultimately solved the complex issue. I myself had spent hours changing components of the computer and trying various software bits and pieces. I explained the problem, and within an hour he managed to get it up and running. After a solid month of attempting repairs myself and troubleshooting hardware/software I decided to leave a message on the We Fix PC website quite late (outside of their working hours). When I awoke the next morning I found a reply in my emails from the previous night! A bit of communication over the morning found Louis at my doorstep by midday and by five o'clock had fixed the issues with my computer and offered to upgrade some of my parts to make my computer even smoother! Cannot recommend this company enough; Louis is extremely genuine and a pleasure to work with, the work is at a reasonable price, and the fact my computer was ready to be delivered in a matter of hours leads me to believe that this is the best service in town!

Very efficient. Collected laptop and discussed my problem (corrupted Windows 7 - laptop not starting up at all). Went through options and requirements with me. Backed up and wiped files, loaded clean Windows 7. Patiently sat through hours worth of Windows updates overnight and much of the next day. After being told by another repair shop my laptop would only be good for parts and not worth repairing. I phoned we fix pc. My MSI laptop's CPU and GPU started rattling, I started looking for companies or shops that fixes laptop and WeFix PC came up. I decided to give it a try as if I was to go through MSI Service Repair, it will probably cost me more and taken twice if not more as long. Called up the company, Louis picked up and he's quite a nice lad, he figured out what the problem was within the night and not only did he replaced my fan but replace my thermal paste and gave my laptop a good cleaning. Although the service took nearly a week but the problem was understandable. 10/10 would recommend this service, speedy, efficient and quality. Compare with other services, I would say this would outshine them all. Overall, it cost me about £110~ which I think is a fair price as he also delivered my laptop back to me. 1 hour drive from where he lives to my campus.

I was very impressed with the service I received from this company. I had taken my laptop to PC world and they were going to charge £60 just to look at it that's before parts or labour!! I drop my laptop off to Leedham and within an hour he had fixed the problem. My bill was £30. Picked it up and it was as good as new. Great result. They also advised me how to avoid problems like this Free. For great personal service this is the one to go too.

Sounded out my PC problem with a couple of other local firms, one didn't bother replying, the other suggested a new PC. I finally contacted Louis who suggested a service should solve the problem and that he could do it that day. I dropped the PC round and later that day he said it was ready . He showed me phone pictures which clearly showed a build up of dust over the years had been the cause of my problem. It now runs just fine. I have a high spec. tower system with Window 7 O.S. which has worked well for several years but developed a serious fault and could not be recovered from a backup. After a call to Leedham Technologies Louis arrived promptly and soon assessed the problem. Due to the type of fault the only resolution was to reinstall all software to the system (C:) drive and also recover as much data as possible, the remaining drives were not damaged. This was not a small task due to the complexity of my system. Louis worked with interest, continuously, effectively and did not leave until I had a working system. I would certainly recommend him.

Laptop Repair After countless calls to different shops in the area and many painfully expensive quotes later I came across Leedham Technologies, after a quick look at the reviews I called and spoke to Louis. After I explained the issue Louis quickly told me what the cause might be he then looked online for the parts I would need and gave me an estimate on the cost of the job... Which came in at £40 under the quote I had be given by a shop in The Mall!! I could continue writing for pages and pages but in order to keep this short I will bullet point the reasons I will be using and recommending to others Leedham Tech for all future IT repairs. 1. Louis sent me pictures after he took my laptop apart to show the problem in detail, taking time to explain the issue 2. Louis shoppped around for my parts to ensure the best price 3. A very quick turnaround as well as great customer service 4. Louis took extra time and care to service my laptop, where he discovered and repaired a problem that I was not aware of (He didn't charge extra for this, keeping to the agreed original quote) In summary Louis did an amazing job and I couldn't recommend anyone else more highly for all of your IT repair needs!
