Phoned today to book a faulty TV in to be fixed. I was given pointers by Alan over the phone as to a potential easy fix at home, the advice given worked. He is great, 100% honest and 100% knows what he is doing. If you have a TV issue I would definitely recommend 5*

Barry was great. My TV was only 2 years old when it broke. Barry made me aware that legally I can expect a TV to last 6 years, not the 1 year warranty that Curry’s tell you you have. So I went to Currys and once they knew I knew my rights they took the TV and repaired it free of charge (I did have to pay £95, but I got that back once they saw it was a manufacturing error and not because I had damaged the TV). Barry gave his advice freely and saved me paying out a few hundred quid in repair charges to Curry’s (due to the design of the TV making it impossible for Barry to fix). I would definitely recommend and use Barry in the future.

Spoke with Barry at AC Television Smart TV Repairs, I was happy to hear I could drop my Son’s TV as it was a Sunday. When I arrived Barry went through a few options of what might be wrong with my Sony TV. He said to leave the TV and he would take a look and would call me the next day. True to his word he called and explained what could be wrong with it. I decided to get the part he recommended and within a couple of days my son’s TV was working again. I can’t recommend Barry highly enough, if I have any problems in the future with any of my TV’s I know the person to call.

Having moved my living room around I wanted my 60” tv and Sky moved from the corner of the room to being hung on the chimney breast in the middle of the room. Couldn't recommend AC-TV more!!! I just had a very polite gentleman pop over to have a look at my LG TV that wasn't turning on. He diagnosed the issue over the phone straight away and could have turned up the same day if he had the part in stock. Suffice to say he came over a couple of days after I called him and fixed my TV in about 15 mins. My less than 2 year old Pansonic TV decided not to work (kept going to a flashing red led after switching on). Having been quoted £200 by another company to repair my 50 " wide screen they suggested it wasn't worth getting it fixed and it was better to just throw it in the bin. I contacted AC-TV and the said they could fix it for half the price. Chap came out and collected it when promised and said if he couldn't fix it then there was no fee.
