Picked up this thing of beauty from Bang & Olufsen Manchester. The sound is fantastic and fills a room with no problem. Stunning immersive experience and much better than previous speakers I’ve had from the likes of Bose. I went for the Google assistant version which makes this so versatile allowing me to turn on lights,start my Xbox as well as use Spotify and Apple Music with just a voice command 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻❤️👍🔊
Staff in the store are warm friendly and knowledgeable. My new favourite place and big thanks to Mark who’s YouTube channel is well worth a watch

Fabulous experience fabulous product been through 3 pairs of ear buds before getting the EQ's was able to try on an ensure they suited my ears. Great service the guys were really friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back again.

So I bought 2 x Beovision 7-40 tvs from ebay and put them into storage while the house was being restored (pre covid).Got the tvs out recently to set them up and when I switched them on they both required PIN nos (B&O security feature) which I didn't get from the ebay seller who wasn't responding to my messages pleading for a PIN code.I thought I was going to be stuck with two dead ducks but phoned B&O Manchester and spoke to a lovely chap called Ian,who,on giving him the serial nos for the tvs was able to instantly give me the PIN codes I needed.What a releif!!! Ian @ B&O Manchester is my new hero!!!! Now that is what you call "Customer Service".Thank you so much.Alan.

I was the first person to purchase the beosound Level off these guys and what a service they provided!.... helpful friendly and pulled all the stops for me to get it same day and I have to say the speaker is such an amazing piece of engineering! The sound that comes through this speaker is nothing short of magic, punchy bass and so clear at low volume and VERY loud for the size its such a great portable speaker that will amaze! Thanks guys it was a pleasure and will update the review on your YouTube page once I've lived with it a little longer!

Having purchased a pair of beolab 18 and a beolab19 last year from a different supplier as well as a LG C9 tv I was looking to upgrade my system for more of a surround sound.
Having watched the guys a number of times reviewing product's and then spoken to Ian and John I finally decided to purchase another pair of 18's again in the bronze as walnut finish there was also a requirement for an Almando to link everything up.
The fitters arrived today on time and the installation was top quality constantly cleaning vacuum cleaner the guys kindly set the system up including changing setting on the tv for best picture you would never know they've been here.

Picked up a Beoplay Portal Xbox headset from in-Store today thanks to Ian and John and their going the extra mile (very hard to get hold of a set online!).
They sound PHENOMENAL. The sound clarity at volume just blows away the closest competitor. Mic is clear and sharp and materials are super-premium. If I had to suggest an improvement I’d say you can’t see the red light that indicates the mic is muted (as it’s a virtual boom arm) and I haven’t yet figured out if there’s feedback to let you know your game/chat mic is at 50/50 (would help to be able to feel or have an audio beep to confirm)
All in all, big 9/10 to this incredible set - great app functionality and work seamlessly with Xbox Series X.

Mum had some issues with her B&O Tv set up this week. We went to look at it today, (Saturday). The remote wasn't talking to the SKY box.
She couldn't change channel, stuck with 1 channel only !
Our fears were that she would move in with us till Monday and take over our remote!
The Internet provided the B&O 24/7 helpline. 24/7/365 in Covid19! BravO B&O.
A very nice young man (Emmanuel G from Denmark) tried to talk through our possible issue(s), he passed us details of B&O Manchester. That's when light began to appear at the end of our tunnel. I rang and got an answer machine. I hung up fearing I was in a queue or the shop was closed, how wrong I was. I hadn’t chance to put the phone down when I immediately received a call back from a mobile number.
This was Ian from B&O Manchester or 'Superman' as we now call him.
It took longer to explain our problem than it took him to triage and diagnose our fault. It wasn't a B&O problem, it was something quite innocuous in that an infra-red cable had come away from it’s mount which wouldn't allow the remote to interact with the SKY box.
Ian was polite, prompt and professional with his diagnosis. A man who clearly knows his trade. I like service like that. A service second to none. In this day and age it is nice to speak with people and not autonomous digital voices that keep you on hold for ages and ask you to call back between 9to5 the following Monday.
The TV was a purchase by my father who added this to his other B&O products he has in the house. B&O is Bang On, Bold and Opulent and obviously, Beyond Others.
I cannot thank Ian highly enough other than to recommend his service and products to anyone who has took time to read this review. After all it the simple things in life that don’t necessarily cost much but mean so much.

Fantastic service from B&O Manchester. I called with a question relating to an old B&O Beosound Century 2000 unit; is it worth hanging onto the unit as it has sentimental value, is it worth a fair amount of money? The chap, missed his name, at the shop gave me some great advice and even put me onto another person who supplies items that could bring it up to date, i.e. streaming wise etc. Top service and very helpful and friendly. I bought the Horizon TV, 2 of the M3 speakers and H9 headphones a year ago. Tbh a lot of money. Then again buy cheap spend twice! As regards an investment faultless, the TV is impeccable especially on UHD - sound is what you'd expect from world leaders is accoustics, the headphones took getting used to but the sound is true and the noise canceling impressive when used on the Bank Branch of Ldn Underground, if you know what I mean... the M3 stack up well again a Bose system I use in my office - except there is much more depth. And then there is the fitting and after-service - exemplary. Thanks B&O

Popped by today after seeing John's video about the newly installed Dolby Atmos experience in-store. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who's near by.
Ian was incredibly welcoming and friendly; letting us experience the cinema room and after let us check out some of the speakers in the shop.
You don't get this level of customer service anywhere else. I'll definitely be coming back to make a purchase in the future.

I have been using Bang and Olufsen Manchester for quite a while now and I can say that their pricing and service are up to the high standards I would expect from a high end audio visual retailer. Product knowledge is superb, their advice is always spot on and they are always happy to help on the telephone. The install team are again very good. Neil who fitted my Beolab 3’s which I hadn’t even bought from them (ebay) has done a great job and the Turntable they supplied plays Pink Floyd quite brilliantly. So, I would recommend anyone who is looking for great service and a good back up team to give Ian or John a call in the shop and get some great advice.

We have had B&O equipment for over 30 years, so obviously a fan of the brand for it's style and performance. Earlier this year we decided to upgrade to a new OLED based TV with Soundstage speaker. Absolutely loved it - and then decided to remodel the room it sits in! (Silly I know), Being something of a project manager, I arranged for all the trades, including programming with John in the Showroom, to remove and reinstate when all the other trades were finished. Then Coronavirus kicked in and the project postponed. Once out of lockdown we rearranged the programme and everything went like clockwork. Professionalism and perfection from all involved. Huge thanks to Kev and Neil, as well as the aforementioned John - who still is there for a chat if I have any queries.

Good store, great products, excellent staffs.
I have seen a lot of their VDOs on youtube reviewing B&O products. This is good for a customer like me to get a glance of the product of interest. They have wide-range of products displayed in store so you can feel them in flesh. Staffs are very friendly and enthusiastic.
I have been using my B&O headphones for 2 years and it's been fantastic. I was looking for a smaller earphones which I could carry around more conveniently. I went to the store asking for a test-drive. Ian was very keen to help me out and provided useful info. I finally purchased one.

Excellent store, and the staff, all the staff are fantastic. We have had several purchases over a few years and would not go elsewhere. The products are excellent, they are the best for sound and design, so won’t mention the quality etc etc. The buying experience is second to none, call in for a coffee when passing, buy, don’t buy, just look, the welcome is always the same. The in store team are excellent, Ian and John, and never pushy - just so easy to deal with. When you do decide to buy, the pre sales, after sales is excellent. Ian came to our home to walk the boards and give tailored advice to help us decide. The install team are brilliant, they know everything about everything and treat your home with respect. Nothing is too much trouble for Neil and Kevin. They go out of their way to make sure the placement in the home is the best, no intrusive cabling and very knowledgeable about anything to do with the products and integration. The staff in this B&O store are extremely friendly and don't mind you just going into have a browse every now and again. I've purchased a few items from this store as well as other stores and I think this store gave the best service. When I had an issue with the TV they arranged an engineer to come out to fix it with in a couple of days. Even when my headphones (which were well over 8 years old) broke they replaced them free of charge for the newest and latest pair. Fantastic. If you haven't been here then definitely pop in for a brew and be amazed at the sounds.

I lost a cushion for my H6 headphones and I needed a replacement ASAP. I called up and I was sorted out immediately with a replacement cushion. John was very friendly and accommodating. If I ever need help again with my B&O products, I am definitely returning!

Having acquired a set of Beolab 8002s I was struggling to connect to any form of music. John took the time to suggest the simplest of fixes to the problem and hey presto we have music.
