Great service from the team at Cloud 10. Ant was really quick to respond, found a replacement charger and matched it to my laptop model very quickly. Kept me posted by email all through the process. Was really transparent about costs and got it delivered to me over the weekend so my Monday wasn't affected. He even emailed on a Sunday to tell me it had been delivered to my home address. Whenever I need their assistance, which is usually due to a VPN connection issue as I move around a lot, it is always possible to get through to an expert without delay. Furthermore, the problem is always sorted out straight away or, if further investigation is required, a call back is always received in under 10 minutes. It is an invaluable service that I have used a number of times now with total satisfaction and above all, it is consistently good.

I had a business crippling issue but they were able to recover and rectify everything and very quickly too – I was help in a massive ticket queue for hours on end like I’ve had with previous companies. I needed to gain remote desktop due to working from home. James Pilling was brilliant in dealing with my slow rubbish laptop through remote control, where many times I would give in! The error in getting my remote desktop looked strange and several attempts at getting it to work (and helping sort out my laptop in the process) eventually got it working!
