I had to call and check whether what I was thinking of ordering would work in my computer. Lady I spoke to was very helpful. Memory arrived within 48 hours and I fitted it myself. The website made it easy for me to order the right thing. Simple to fit. Normally I would've lugged my computer to the local PC repairers and paid over the odds. Happy customer. Computer running so much faster now.

Ok, so I ordered two sticks of RAM and received one today-give credit where it is due-new, not tampered with, ordered on Friday and received today-so fast-unlike the one stick I received. Phoned up, no apology-no f... all-we are having shipment issues-Ok fair enough-but at least try to be friendly-asked for a confirmation e-mail and f.... all... Not very reassuring, at all-

Very friendly, courteous and professional service. When I ordered some DDR3 server RAM (through ebay), they contacted me just to make sure that's what I meant (rather than desktop RAM), and ensured that what they sent would be compatible with my current setup. Also excellent prices. Highly recommended.

I ordered 16gb (2x8gb) from their eBay site and was sent an email asking if I wanted server ram or desktop ram - I'd ordered the incorrect ram. Dr memory cancelled my incorrect order with immediate refund and advised of the correct ram needed. Absolutely top class service, I can't reccommend high enough. A++++

Ordered some extra 2GB DDR2 RAM chips (4GB total) for my computer assignment. Before ordering I called them and went through my questions, seemed helpful and knowledgeable enough. Also gave cut off time of 2.30 with recommendation of ordering before 2 to ensure the transaction was finalised. I don't know why, but despite ordering on time the order still managed to miss the cut off and was dispatched the next morning. When the item arrived (in good time for my assignment), I was also concerned that the anti-static bags they use have an opening on one side. The components could move about in transit and being fragile, this could damage them. However when time came to install them, they worked flawlessly - a great relief! My dad's 10 year old Dell Inspiron 546 now has double the memory, a new PSU and case fan, booting at 20 seconds - a considerable improvement on the previous config. Many thanks to Dr Memory for their help in giving his machine some extra life. :)

As one of the staff who worked at XUM and used their services. I would advice it to anyone. You can call office and talk to the friendly staff if you need help with technical or sale issues. For all the items they have no quibble 30 days return policy. And items they are selling are all genuine items. Try them for once it will. It's nothing if you are not happy. I am sure you will be satisfied with their service.
