Having put off purchasing an Epos system due to lack of knowledge in technology, i needn't have worried after all. The purchasing and quality of the system was very good, but the detail was in the patience and courtesy of Harish who helped me set it up and oversee my learning to maximise the potential of the system. Even when I had to ask repeatedly the same question , nothing was too much trouble.

Whenever I was looking at an epos system, they always looked so confusing to use. This is why I kept my cash register for a long time as I didn't want a complex system which would take hours of training to use. However, when I started doing research on Epos Direct's system, I found out about their simple till interface. When I received the Epos system, it was very easy to configure and I was ready to serve customers within 15 minutes. I gathered my employees to train them on how to use the system and they were all able to use it comfortably straight away. Ever since we have been using our epos direct till, we have received many compliments from customers about how quick our service is.
