Bought a Dell laptop for my daughter over 2 years ago. Not had a problem yet, it's been great. Delivery, laptop quality, grading etc. Cannot fault this company 6/5/22 Probably 3 yrs down the line now, still no complaints. Laptop still fine, £40 i3 desktop a total bargain. No complaints at all. Keep up the good work, I may be back soon😉

I have had two desktop computers from this company and only had one issue (hard drive) which was quickly and pleasantly resolved. For those having problems maybe your approach is possibly a little aggressive as these people are very amenable. You CAN deal with them directly on site despite what others have said. Just ring them first.

I ordered a laptop and they were by far the cheapest on the market . It arrived exactly as promised with a text from DPD to say the exact time it was delievered. it arrived in new packaging looks brand new. i had to call to ask how to connect to my wifi. the customer service was above and beyond what was expected. fantastic customer service and a fantastic customer experience! Thankyou!
