Went on the recommendation of a friend who’s had a good experience here, and I also had a really good experience too. The staff did an amazing job of fixing my IPhone 7. We went to the shop to enquire about an Iphone 7 repair. He literally, for free, changed the screen there and then to try and test if that was the problem, which most shops wouldn't do. My laptop suddently shut down for no reason, i have a Hp laptop and i reached out the people from Hp tech department to help me out. My OnePlus 6 screen was shattered, looked like a sledge hammer hit it, and they repaired my phone in less 2 hours. It's as good as new and really pleased with the quality. Even more so, when I couldn't turn up to collect my phone before they closed they drove to my house as it was on his way back and dropped the phone off with me there. Came in with what I thought was a broken pair of Sony headphones, owner tested them for me and turns out they were working, just some microUSB cables didn't work with them for whatever reason. Didn't charge at all, where another place could have taken my headphones and charged me to "fix" a non existent issue. Dropped my Huawei P20 Pro on to the floor and there was blue ink dots spread from one corner of the screen, then the who screen gradually became dark. The boss of iSmart did a really quick job helping me replacing the screen with decent price. Deffinitely recommond. However, for customers similar to me, I do suggest to have a visual check regarding the gap and also test the micro phone and camare before you leave, so you won't be like me going back to the shop several times to have other parts fixed. The boss is very friendly and responsible.

Visited here a few times to pick up my parcel. They are very kind and sometimes this kind of pick up and drop off location do not open regardless of their opening times, but they are always in the shop. Reliable opening hours. Very convenient.

I love this place and Aqeel is such a great person. My laptop stopped working whilst I was doing my dissertation and I thought my life was over - all that hard work, gone!!!
