Cyber security isn't always something I'd want to know much about, other than that my business is secure online. Linten didn't just give me that peace of mind but their Marketing Manager Steph went out of her way to create and deliver a really interesting, engaging and informative training session on this subject. This is definitely one of the added bonuses of working with Linten and I'd recommend them to any business for their IT, telephony and cyber security needs.

I cannot recommend this company enough!! I have been a client of Linten for many years. Originally I just needed an email account setting up, however, being a complete technophobe I am constantly getting myself into all sorts of bother! I know that I can call on them any time and they will happily talk me through something that I can’t work out myself..... or do it for me; they have recently upgraded all of the apps on my laptop remotely (which I think is magic)! "I have known Steven for some years as a networking contact - in fact, Steven had been at a number of networking events I attended and one (women in business event) that I ran. I had dealt with a number of It support companies before some good, some not so good, but had just started a business and had no external IT support at that time. When a problem arose I was tempted to call my previous company but had just been at an event with Steven that day, and had his card in my pocket, so I called him. I found him so pleasant and easy to deal with and when the bill came it was very reasonable. So the next time we had an issue I called again. And so it went. Now Steven and the team at Linten deal with all my tech and that's not straightforward as I have staff over the other side of the world who are supported by the Linten team. Nothing is too much trouble and alternatives are suggested. What I like about Steven is that he understands the constraints of a small business and everything he suggests is with that in mind.
