Took my son's laptop here to resolve a charging problem that another company had failed to resolve. The repair was completed promptly, for a reasonable price, and the problem hasn't reappeared. The owner is very knowledgeable and gave some excellent advice regarding printers. Will definitely use again.

EXCELLENT service and customer care.I have dealt with P&L for various issues relating to my laptop and have always been satisfied with the fast service and their charges. So confident that we have just had CCTV fitted.He gave us a detailed overview of the system without any pressure selling and went on to do a A+++ installation and again at a reasonable charge. So glad we have found this shop, we never hesitate to contact him whatever the problem is.

Took my sons laptop here to get the screen repaired. The staff were great, very informative and proffesional. I was quoted £85 and was happy with that. I received a text message the very next day saying the repair had been done and was ready for collection at a reduced price of £69.50. The guy informed me that it was due to a sale on the screens. I feel anyone else would have still charged the same price originally quoted. I'm really happy with the service, the correspondence and the timing. I would highly recommend this store and will definitely go back.

Dropped my laptop in for a new windows install. They installed all the drivers too to suit the laptop so all ready to use. Well pleased

I would recommend this place for getting refurbished computers, I would give 5 starts if only some of the cheap computers had a little bit better of a gpu. I really like this place for getting a pc to upgrade and because their customer service is good.
