When you submit the symptoms of problems of your PC, the first answer you may receive from most of companies would be "it is from motherboard". Classic answer, as it is the easiest way to fool the customers and get the best money from them. The computer itself is kind of universe consists of complex and interactive components. How can someone be so sure about the exact causality of a problem even without diagnosing it with the actual computer showing the problems? The technician in this shop indeed owns the professionalism with his pride on his hands, and try to offer comprehensive diagnosis to find the real cause of the problems rather than just seeking for greater money. Very professional, kind, and interactive technician. If you go this shop you can expect correct diagnosis and solution for the problems. Also, the price is very reasonable. Highly recommend this shop.

PC Aid is an incredibly professional and thorough repair shop for your PC's, desktops etc. Salah is a very knowledgeable and pleasant guy with first class customer service, he had my desktop fixed in a short space of time and at a very reasonable price. A nice guy to do business with, and he's brought my computer back from the dead twice. Service with a smile, technical expertise, promptness, honest advice, and very affordable. If you've got wheels, he's just on the other side of Platt Fields from Wilmslow Road, at the opposite end of the Curry Mile from town. And he's on the 111 bus route, so good for all you Chorlton luvvies, or anyone else with a day ticket. Highly recommended indeed.

My friends' laptop battery packed up on me, so I emailed Salah during lockdown and he responded really quickly with some advice and tips and trick to try before going in. I went in on Wednesday and within the same day he had checked up, diagnosed and solved the issue, as well as it being resonably priced too! Totally amazing!! Password locked old laptop sorted same day (within 2 hrs) and price was unbelievably reasonable. Checked out a few other devices free of charge and gave suggestions that would avoid any spend. Totally lovely guy too. I'd give it seven stars if i could!!!

My PC developed a serious fault, so I sent it back to the manufacturers for repair. I got it back, and it quickly developed the self-same fault. PAP worked out what the problem was, got the part needed and had it repaired within a couple of days for a reasonable fee. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but this guy knows what he's doing, is reliable and also very friendly.

Absolutely fantastic place, with the best customer service I have ever had. I came in with a faulty macbook, which they tried to repair by changing the hard drive and RAM. When the laptop died a week later due to the real issue being the gpu, I was given a full refund. They wouldn't even accept money for the time they spent on my broken laptop. Great place, can't recommend them enough.

Quite simply the best customer service I have ever received, anywhere, ever!! The guy instantly understood my needs better than I did, and even sent me elsewhere to get a cheaper new HDD than what he could provide in his store. An absolute diamond with a heart of gold who knew every answer to my beginners questions all bout Unix Ubuntu and convinced me that it was the right choice for my needs. He specialises in Unix O/s and I'm so glad that I took his advise. No endless problems with Ubuntu, and no having to buy a new machine every couple of years cos Microsoft end their support. He was very busy when I was there and I sincerely hope this continues. Your business deserves to be a great success and I wish you all the best. Aologies for the long time in writing this promised review, I have not been in great health, but one good turn certainly deserves another, and better late than never, I hope!
