Chris is an incredibly friendly and helpful guy who advised and helped me when my laptop's SSD stopped working. Very good price and even offered over the phone support. Please note Chris works from home rather than from a shop, but this in no way detracts from his professional manner and support. Would recommend to a friend or family member.

Great communication and very professional job from Chris. Helped diagnose a faulty power supply, provided a full teardown, clean up and thermal paste application to the GPU in the system as part of the work, and installed the new power supply when it arrived. Kept me up to date throughout the whole process and prices were well below any repair quote. Chris should charge more for his time!

Bought in my none booting laptop to Chris to have a look. He went through the logical diagnostic checks and quickly identified the hard drive failure. Chris recommended a suitable M2 hardrive which I ordered. He kindly installed the hard drive and added a fresh installation of windows. He was quick with his work and clearly explained the problem. Very professional, explains every bit of the process to my pc, fantastic home visit, it were like having a member of the family in the home. Pc was making an awful sound like a case fan was hitting a wire as it was spinning, i figured it out and it was a fan on my GPU, thought it was going to be a right pain to fix/cost me a fortune, Chris at PC Medics Manchester, took the GPU apart, cleaned everything as dust gathers fast in PCs, he found the problem and fixed it, added more thermal paste, I had it back within 2.5 hours all fixed and noise free!
