Excellent service, great communication, reasonable price. I tried to repair my son's laptop with a problem with the monitor and power supply. Through several calls and photo materials, I was able to accurately understand what the problem was, and he also provided clear grounds for replacement and service costs. My daughter's laptop started to sound like Concorde taking off. Mark collected it and brought it back. At every stage he kept us informed. He upgraded the software and cleaned everything. The laptop is now better than new. The fee was extremely affordable. Mark was polite, friendly and professional. In summary, the service was simply superb. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I recently contacted Mark at PC Paramedics as I was experiencing storage and back up issues with my laptop. Mark gave an excellent remote service and within hours had resolved the storage problem and the system is now backed up. August 2017 Really impressed with speed of service, competitive pricing and advice and support. Mark came the day I rang (Monday) and fixed a problem on my old desktop system. I spoke with him that day about a new system and had that installed by the end of Wednesday. I would recommend this company for any IT queries/services. They will be my first port of call in the future and I have recommended to friends and family.

I bought all the components to build a high-end PC and gave them to an experienced ‘techie’ to put together for me. When I got the completed PC back, I found some of the RGB lighting wasn’t working, the cabling was untidy and the CPU was overheating. I contacted PC Paramedics and Mark picked the PC up the same day. He soon worked out that the liquid cooling pump wasn’t working and several cables weren’t connected to the lighting. I got a replacement for the pump and, on Mark’s advice, bought a much faster SSD drive. He then completely stripped the PC back and rebuilt it. The result was a superfast and tidy machine with everything working as it should. Mark put a lot of time into diagnosing and rebuilding my PC and charged a ridiculously low price for the work involved. I would recommend him to anyone with a computer problem. He is a genius and a gentleman.

Excellent service, very, very competitive prices Had an issue with my PC displaying images to dual monitors. Took it down as he is only around the corner ( to save time ), explained exactly what was wrong with it. I won`t got into technical details, but basically a few hours later, he delivered it back to me, and explained what the issues were and what he had done to rectify them. Connected everything up and demonstrated that everything was fine. Spot on service and would definitely recommend.
