D.Had no problem with my PC just an issue with windows licence key which was sorted out fairly swiftly, i play flight sims and would recommend this PC to others. the customer support was slightly slow but they did sort everything out once a date was booked in. thats the only reason for 4 starts and not 5 the PC itself i would give 5 star
