After a huge amount of research and planning, I decided to use these guys to order most of my water cooling parts (all except GPU block + backplate). All items arrived in a huge box with plenty of padding. The 3 bottles.of liquid were bagged up incase of leakage, all fittings were bagged together aswell and everything was packed nicely. Very pleased with everything and after a few days I've completed my first cooling loop with no faulty products or leaks. Very happy and would highly recommend.

I did my very first water-cooled system and managed to find everything that I needed to get the job done. Great prices (have searched other places for the same parts and WCUK has the best prices). Items were as expected and the price was best out of all UK sellers. I will definitely be using WCUK again when the need arises. My only suggestion would be to add a sign over the door as the entrance is a bit confusing to know where to go.

Most components are very competitively priced and site is easy to use. I have now built two custom loops with components from here. The only reason it's a 4 not 5 stars is because shipping is quite steep. One part required to complete a loop and still full shipping costs which hurts a bit!

Edit: the issue with not replying to my emails has been resolved. - I was receiving shipping/order emails, but replies from customer service were being sent to my spam filter. (I figured since I was receiving shipping emails that there wouldn't have been a problem.) - So I'm changing my review to 5 stars as they have in deed responded, and have explained that they're very busy with orders at this time of year which is what has been causing the shipping delays. old review - no longer relevant: I'm not sure how I feel about WatercoolingUK ... on one hand they have some parts in stock that I haven't been able to find at my usual online retailers. - on the other hand they haven't replied to my emails (sent 2 so far) and they've typically taken 4-5 days from purchase date before they dispatch my order, which then takes a further 2-3 days to arrive... Perhaps the dispatch delay is due to them being super busy this time of year and with the current pandemic they may be swamped with orders and short on staff... but that's just speculation! I don't know what the situation is and they haven't said a word to me or put any form of notice on their website to that effect. So I have to take things at face value... They gain points for having stock at good prices but they lose points for lack of any communication and order dispatch delays.

i ordered an alphacool eisbacher res/pump top in clear acrylic for inside my phanteks enthoo , res arrived on time , tracked clearly so i knew exactly where it was ... even though mancunia is only over the hills from me so next time i may go for a drive over , res looks stunning with RGB behind it and the waterfall feature of the res works fine without too high pump speed being needed , needs a lot of space for eisbacher as it is wide and tall probably being a challenge for many midi towers

Had been looking for a waterblock my Msi 3070 and came across these guys, they didn't have anything listed on the site , so I emailed them. They got back to me quickly and confirmed they did actually have some in stock, they updated the site and I purchased one. Really pleased that they had a spare motor for the waterpump I was using and prompt dispatch . Only let down by their use of the Post office as courier. No options on whether to leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. I paid extra for next day delivery and because I went out for one hour to get a Covid jab I missed them. Had to wait till the next day and waste half an hour of my time going to the sorting office to queue up in the rain to get it. Would have been five stars if they had used a decent modern courier.

The web page description lacks accurate dimensions of mounting holes so I bought the fan anticipating that I would have to make fitting brackets to suit my PC tower case and this proved to be correct. Great store for water cooling supplies, they have a good range of products including the full range of hardware labs radiators. Customer service are prompt and a pleasure to deal with. Products listed as in stock are generally shipped fairly quickly although can take a couple of days sometimes, speed of dispatch is pretty much the only place I could see some improvement in future.

I like these guys and girls at WCUK the equipment is of high quality, packaged well and the delivery cost is low compared to others in the market place. Royal Mail is used in most instances which i find really convenient living in an apartment building over the likes of Hemes, DPD etc. They also stock some of the cheaper high quality brands which can be a blessing in builds that require lots of fittings. My only critism is some of the EKWB distros and resorviors come in at a higher cost so i hope in the future they can strike a better deal with EK. So I don't have to shop elsewhere for certain items.

I've recently placed a couple of orders with WCUK, working through the evolution of my PC water cooling loop. Their website is easy to navigate and the range of options on offer vast. It is great to have everything 'all in one place' and to know that you are buying 'known' brands at a reasonable price. Both recent orders have been rapidly dispatched in packaging robust enough to survive the rigours of the couriers. Enough said that I am about to order the final pieces for the loop and that once again WCUK will be getting said order. Communication - a query sent to their customer services was acknowledged (automatically) immediately and a human response the following day, probably only because the query was sent rather late in the day.

Easy to navigate site, with items telling you exactly how many they have in stock (which is always a bonus). Painless transaction and really quick delivery (especially as most other places appear to be making excuses about struggling with the Covid safe working policy etc). When I do finally take the plunge into building a full custom loop I know where I'll be ordering from. Highly Recommend :)
