Brilliant service. Thank you, Kevin. I was locked out of my laptop after an update. Kevin got me back in, sorted out a problem with Windows 10, and found photos that had been 'lost' when Windows saved my data. This was done very quickly, and at a very reasonable cost. I found him a very friendly and understanding person, supportive to someone who isn't very computer literate. I'm happy to recommend him. I also note I used the word 'very' quite a lot. Guess that says it all? ;-) Thanks again.

My laptop had a broken screen and was not turning on. I thought it was a serious issue. Gave it to this guy and he called me back few minutes later saying the fuse on the charger needed replacing and he repaired everything for me and was not willing to charge me anything because it was just a matter of fuse. Very honest guy and I would have paid anything he would have asked for but he was very honest for telling me the exact problem. I appreciate the honesty and would recommend it to others for sure.

Although he could not repair my laptop because the parts were not available, I have to say that his patient understanding and taking the time to explain the situation was very welcome. I contacted Kevin Hobbs of 2UPC after the hard drive failed on my desktop PC. He first asked me about my PC's age and spec and what it was being used for. I have a 5 year old, but in it's time, very high spec machine originally built for flight simulation and fps gaming. However it's now used more for Photoshop and video editing. He offered me a few different options at different costs points and we talked about the pros and cons of each option in relation to costs and usage. There was no pressure and decision was left entirely to me. I elected to go for a 1T SSD as I felt the benefits a fast boot and program load times would be particularly helpful. The price was very reasonable and as well as a new SSD the job included installation and update of Windows 7 (my choice) and all drivers. I've been heavily using the machine for over a week now and I couldn't be more pleased. In summary, I found 2UPC to be friendly and easy to deal with. knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy and they did the job quickly and at a very reasonable price. Bruce Williams
