I'm super happy with the genius bar service. I started getting wifi connectivity issue after getting my logic board replaced from another Apple service centre. When I took the macbook to this service centre they immediately said it must be with a wire not connected back properly as part of the logic board replacement. And they were absolutely correct in the analysis. They did a full scan of the system as well. And issue was fixed within a day. Highly recommended this apple store for any servicing.

I had an appointment to have an issue with a MacBook to be sorted out. Right on time a helpful guy called Ben appeared, told me what he thought the problem was and how long it would take to fix. And, well, he did it. No fussing about or problems. Nice one.

First Apple should care more about them products even have been discontinued, it’s a shame to ask a customer to pay £255 for another HomePod because can’t be fixed in the store and providing for these money with a “repaired” HomePod which get only 30 days warranty, really? Why that products is from someone else who paid in return for a new “repaired” HomePod gave his back to Apple and sell it for almost the price for a new one but with repaired warranty.
I am more then disappointed by the way Apple treat customers, nice in the first instance almost begging to buy them products and after that asking to buy a repaired product for the money you buy a new one, ridiculous…

OMG, this is the place to go if you have a problem with any thing to do with Apple equipment, iPad/phone went there this morning with our iPad,had a few issues with it basically it's old.was told as we hadn't made a booking to see any one can we go at11.30 the time was only just after 10.00 no problems went for a bit to eat,come back to the store, ended up buying a new iPad all of our stuff was transferred over from the old one to the new iPad unfortunately we never got the names of the staff who helped with everything but each one was great,a very big thank you to all of you.

Very small Apple store but got the job done for what I needed. The lift is quite concerning for would not advise those with disabilities, wheelchairs or pushchairs to need anything off the first floor.

Danni and the team here were fantastic! I happened to be passing Midsummer town centre and I needed to upgrade my phone, it was perfect as there was no one in store so they spent a lot of time. Wonderful presentation and plenty of stock which was wonderful 👌🏼

Needed a repair on my phone. Camera wouldn’t focus, but all fixed under warranty. Staff were attentive and friendly, but for me the best thing was that they were aware, always alert to see if a customer needed help. Not necessarily by asking but by reading body language and acting on it. It means that they recognise when you want assistance and act on it rather than waiting for you to approach them.

My hard drive failed, I arrived at the genius bar early but the young lady saw me straight away. She was super-friendly and helpful, diagnosed the problem in no time at all, reassured me that the £500 repair charge was covered by my Applecare and promised to contact me in 3-5 days.
4 days later I got an email saying it was all ready to collect - this despite the fact that they had to order the part. The repair guy was also very friendly and professional. Brilliant service and nice people to do business with.

The service I received was absolutely great from Sue at the Genius Bar upstairs, really happy and friendly. She listened to everything I had to say and took it onboard as well as answering any questions I had with ease. She is the reason I will be returning to this Apple store rather than the one closer to me in the future as she just made the stressful experience flow with ease and put my mind at rest. All I would add is I respect the people working here as so many customers in there buy a premium product and expect it fixed for free and I witnessed a few rude customers because it costs money to fix their broken products? They don’t make the prices so be nice to the staff and the service they provide in my experience has been great.

After having a problem with my Powerbeats not charging while under warranty to a misunderstanding at the repair centre I went into the Milton Keynes store today & was assisted by two of the loviest girls who are an absolute credit to Apple. I wish I had got their names, they were professional, considerate, friendly & made my day. Good sized store double staircase to 1st floor and an elevator for disabled. Very helpful staff all wanting to help. Shame it can be a longish wait to be checked in if have any trouble with your appliance. Can be fixed reasonably easy fix while you walk around the city.

After seeing other reviews, I was dubious about my visit. I got booked in by someone after calling them on the phone. My iPhone 5c had a swollen battery. Telephone support didn't seem interested but offered me an appointment to talk further. I went along to my appointment and although busy, I was seen quickly. As soon as the guy saw it, he said they would swap it under their quality programme. After he safely put the swollen device away, he brought me a new one and I was on my way. Much easier than expected and very helpful, friendly staff. I think with this review system, people are more likely to leave a review after a bad experience than a good one. May explain so many 1 stars.

Perfect service! Made an easy appointment via app, highly recommend that way. I was earlier advised about charge, which was lower on the point - well surprised! A lot of staff , huge amount really in the store. A lot of customers too. But you don't feel crowded because service is paying very quickly. I had my front glass fixed, because was broken. 6s and paid £99. Was fixed on place within 2hrs. It's the only point of service which fixes devices the same day in my NN area. Highly recommend !

My partner lost her iPhone recently and we had been trying to trace it using the various apps. It was not very clear how to do this or what we could recover from icloud, so we visited the shop in MK centre. I was a little doubtful, as having been to several mobile phone retailers in the past and getting the impression they were only interested in selling me another phone, I did not hold out much hope.
I could not have been further from the truth. We were welcomed and the initial contact listened to our problem before handing us over to another member of staff. He located our icloud account quickly, showing us our backed up info and talking us through every step so we could continue access at home. He was friendly, pleasant and a pleasure to meet and talk to. Nothing was too much trouble and there was no hard sell of products! Have to say I have always been an "android user" but if this example of customer service represents Apple stores generally, then I am "converted" to the Apple brand!!

My MacBook Pro had a software fault after trying to install the new update. I was unable to load my laptop and thought I was going to lose all my data! I attended the store as soon as it had opened to book myself in for an appointment and I was seen within 10-minutes! The backup took about an hour, but I wasn’t bothered as long as my laptop was fixed.
Thanks to Jason & team for resolving this issue for me. My laptop is now in good working order and running fine.

Always helpful. If you look like you require help they seem to always pick that up and ask if you require assistance, but most the time I know exactly what I want, I breeze in, headphones on, get what I require if it is on the shelf and pay for it automatically with my phone and walk out the store with the product in hand and an emailed receipt. Excellent service.

I booked a appointment for a repair with my 5 month old Iphone. On arrival I was told to take a seat and I would be seen shortly. After waiting over 30 mins I was seen. The lady who saw me was very helpful but they need to try and see people at the time they are allocated.

I'd heard only bad things about the Apple Store in Milton Keynes but when my new iPhone 6s crashed and wouldn't reboot, no matter what I did, I had no option but to pay them a visit.
It was a Sunday morning and I need the phone for my business so I headed straight over to the store as soon as I could once they were open.
They booked me an emergency appointment and said it would be an hour before they could see me but within 20 minutes the 'genius' was investigating the faults on my phone.
After trying a couple of solutions to resolve the issue, nothing had worked so they replaced my iPhone without any hassle.
All in all a very pleasant experience, especially after the horror stories I had been told about having to wait days for an appointment or unpleasant staff.
The wait was short and the staff were polite, helpful, efficient and very professional! Problem solved! That's what you're paying for when you buy a premium product!

Went last week and had an awful experience. Chap who was dealing with my query was also dealing with another customer at the same time. Genius Bar was extremely busy and people were just waiting around everywhere.
Attended today and it was a different experience. Was dealt with by a young lad called Will, and have to say he is a credit to the company.
Nothing was too much trouble, unfortunately we didn't actually manage to resolve the issue but his attentiveness was second to none.
If you are unfortunate to end up in the Apple Store fingers crossed you end up with Will.

There was a bit of confusion with what had been explained to me and what had not as the guy who served me was new and forgot to tell me something and my phone ended up unusable when the screen was replaced by the technician in the store. I was apologized to numerous of times by the manager and the guy who served me and he said he felt really bad for what had happened and you could see that he meant it. I wasn't angry with the guy who served me because we all forget things and in this case he forgot to mention the one thing that had happened to my phone.
Overall, the service was good as my phone was replaced after it was made worse by the technician and I couldn't fault the guy who served me or the manager as they sorted what had happened as quickly. I would definatley return to this store if I had anymore issues knowing that I could come away with issue being solved!

The earpiece in my iPhone 5 broke and my mobile provider advised me to go to the nearest Apple Store. I made an appointment, and even though I arrived late, I was still served. The person who served my offered fixing it while I'm waiting, even though the store was closing in about 10 minutes. Nobody made a smallest fuss about it or suggested I should come at different time.
Few minutes later their technician said it's best to replace the whole handset. That was so good! After only 10 minutes I came back home with a brand new phone. Lot more than I expected.

Had a problem with a Mac Book. Currys and Know How were no help despite a Care Plan. The booking system worked well and the staff were heplful and friendly. Too much of crowd, apple should first offer customers free parking - because just to speak to an advisor it takes 30min + they keep running here and there but forget the customers waiting. Seriously time consuming centre. Watford was better!

Apple's customer service used to be the main reason I would recommend Apple products to friends and family. However, with their products becoming more popular in recent years, their customer service seems to have suffered slightly as a result of the increased popularity and demand; the Genius Bar isn't as attentive as it once was.

I understand that people need advice and help with the iphones/ pads and macs and tbh I have not had a bad experience but in general the place is cold , the staff are robots and the system is not good really needs a bit of thought to help get closer to customers .. you may aswell set up an online system with appointments.. “ oh that’s exactly what it is !” And that’s the point ... why?

Having read the reviews for this store I almost didn't bother going, arrived @ 0855 to find approx 12 people already queuing. After being directed upstairs I was meet by a member of staff who was polite & helpful, after taking my phone to tech for examination she returned to explain it had a faulty battery & then replaced my ageing phone. Whilst the concept of queuing at the back of the genius bar was missed on me when I had a pre- booked session was sorted out (I waited at the counter like a spare part until I caught someones attention). I was then instructed to move to the same spot I had been waiting.
After a few minutes a very helpful man came over and proceeded to get some further details, then run some diagnosis on my mac and 30 mins later my beloved devices was up and running. Excellent.
I do believe that they are a victim of their own success but I was really pleased that it was resolved and no further action needed, he even gave me some tips to do if it happens again. Thanks I understand how busy it can get, so maybe some clearer signage or direction for those of us never been into the Genius bar before.

I came in with my nan on Sunday for a genius bar appointment, we were helped by George who was so fantastic. He was unbelevably helpful and lovely. All of the covid measures were fab as well. We felt safe and were super happy with the customer service!

When I went into the store, the chap who helped me chose my mini ipad was absolutely wonderful! We went through what it does, he treated me with respect, was really friendly, we even got chatting about his dog and my two cats. Full marks to him. Wish I could remember his name! He had a chocolate lab called Sport, I think. Anyhow, I was then passed over to a young lass upstairs who was to set up my ipad and teach me how to use it. I have never used an ipad before, so I am a complete novice. This is where it all fell down. Maybe she was tired, had too many people to deal with.....who knows? But having spent, what to me, is a lot of money, I had hoped for more instruction rather than being left to gaze at it and wonder what the hell I was supposed to do. She was friendly and rather sweet, so I hate giving a bad feedback. I learnt far more of the basics from my daughter (an ipad user) in 10 minutes than I was shown or learnt in the store. But I do love my mini ipad!

Like always looks amazing , but, the only issue is the giant queue for apple support and once you have got through that queue you have to wait another hour for a slot for apple support, does not seem like staff really care about the customers as they all seem to be huddled together at the back of the shop, and stare around as if they have nothing to do, would not recommend going to this apple shop due to the giant queues inside.

If you are a fan of Apple products this is your place. Situated in the MK Shopping centre with two floors. Dowstairs you can find all the latest iPads, iPhones, MacBooks and if you need your mac to be repaired you can go upstairs where the technical team will be able to help you.

I took my 15" MacBook Pro in to the Milton keynes Apple store with a non working display, Having previously booked an appointment online, I was attended to by Jason, one of the "genius's" he was polite, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and confirmed my display required replacement, as I had Apple's Applecare extended warranty, the display was changed at no cost and was ready for collection the next day and returned to me in pristine condition as I had left it.
It was a very good experience from start to finish, thanks very much Jason.

Have a new iPhone 7plus that developed a problem , called apple and was given a time to attend , was greated by staff at the door who where happy to help and point me in the right direction (upstairs) was asked if I could be helped by a young lady called Alice , who toke my details and told me there was a wait of about 20 mins , after 15 mins she confirmed , not long now , and a young man called Ben came over and listened while I told him what my phone was doing , he then run some tests and confirmed a problem , and the went off , he came back within 5 mins and apologised for the wait , and then produced a new phone , and transferred all my info , all done in 35 mins of arrival , I am more then happy with the staff , the communication and the service , would defiantly go there again or required, thanks to the staff , Alice and Ben very well looked after , if you go there , there may be a wait and they will sort you as soon as possible , just remember , your not the only one there , and patients is all that is required, thanks to all , Dave T ...
