Called MCB on Saturday afternoon as I smashed my laptop screen. Mike responded within minutes and ordered a new screen. It was fitted - and delivered back to me all within 6 hours. Very impressed with the service and speed. Thank you!

The service offered is very good. I upgraded my laptop with a SSD storage and and extra RAM. i am very happy with the quality of the work and with the added 1 year warranty on the parts installed. I placed a call to MCB I.T. Solutions when my computer completely died on me. I got a quick and easy reply and a booking in date for the next day which was followed up with an email confirmation. I was surprprised the repair could be carried out in my own home saving me the hassle of having to bring it into the shop. The repair was done efficiently explaining all the way through what the problem was. It turned out to be the hard drive which was replaced. Overall I thought the cost was very reasonable for the professional service. Also an easy pay with a card reader. My computer is up and running better than ever and have a back up number should anything go wrong I will have someone at the end of the phone to talk me through any hiccups. I have given 5 stars and would definitely recommend this company and will certainly be using them again if any other P.C. problems occur.

PC gave me the blue screen of death and wouldn't reboot. No matter what I did to try and fix the problem, it just wouldn't load my windows. I needing to get back online, so I used my phone and googled for computer repair. Found MCB I.T SOLUTIONS and I am very happy I did. Not only did they fix the issue, but helped upgrade my graphic card. They found me a card at a great price and installed it for me. Their prices are more than fair and their service is very professional. AMAZING!!!

Mike actually came round to fix my computer which was great enough but he knew all about hardware and software issues. Charge out rates extremely competitive especially as I had almost given up on the computer. Would definitely recommend MCBIT and indeed have done so.

Fantastic service. Very efficient and professional, turning around a broken laptop screen in a day or so. Home collection and delivery was very convenient. A minor niggle - but the replacement screen has a tiny cream patch instead of white but not an issue. Will use again next time.

Looked online and found MCB IT Solutions, i always look at previous reviews and they were really good so called Mike. I was not disappointed, great service and issues resolved in a short time (they were probably more disappointed with my lack of IT skills) Would highly recommend and if I have any issues in the future I have them on speed dial....

Will 100% use these again. Gave my PC in Tuesday had it back fixed by Friday. The gentleman who picked it up was very professional. Asked them to add a few things on and they were honest that I didnt need it. They picked it up and delivered it back. If i could give more stars i would.
