My family has used Danntec a few times in the past and always received a first class service. Has twice repaired a Laptop that Curry's couldn't (two separate, unrelated issues). Work was completed quickly and to agreed timescale. Very knowledgeable. Very engaging and helpful. Competitive price, agreed upfront. Good communications. Work guaranteed and good after sales. Would recommend, and is my go-to place for computer fixes.

Found Danntec when researching computer repairs near me. Dropped something on my computer so my hard drive wasn't functioning and Danntec (in particular I dealt with Mike) were very informative and knew exactly what they had to do to fix it. They quoted me a fair price which you only paid for after you both agree to go ahead with the fix. They did an outstanding job and my computer is now faster than when I bought it. Extremely happy with the service.

My All in One Asus desktop presented me with the death page. My son had previously used Danntec, when he had an issue with his laptop and was very happy with the service provided, so I was already aware of Michael at Danntec and felt comfortable handing over my PC to him. Michael sent me a very comprehensive quotation of what was needed to bring my PC back to life and the cost involved was less than expected, so I was comfortable to give him approval to do it. In addition he suggested an upgrade to the hard drive, which I also approved and am very pleased I did, as my PC is running much faster than it did before. To summarise I am completely happy with the work done by Danntec and can highly recommend their services.

I would happily recommend Danntec. I initially contacted Danntec on the phone. They were relatively quickly at responding to subsequent emails. I waited a few days for the parts to arrive. They did 2 things firstly my own computer was being upgraded it had almost everything replaced with some new parts ordered in. The 2nd thing was my gfs pc had stopped working we were about to book it in for a clean and a service (it had not been opened in 6yrs or so) instead due to it crashing we had to send it in for a repair, clean and service. It had a faulty RAM module which we ended up getting upgraded. All work done on time and complete transparency on the costs.

A truly professional and honest service. I paid exactly what i was quoted, no hidden charges just genuine advice and choices. I would definitely recommend this company. I use my laptop for business purposes as a builder and dropped it down a flight of stairs at work , I thought it was beyond repair. I was about to buy a new one and popped into Fone Cube on Chillingham Rd to pay for my daughters phone repair and they recommended Danntec. I contacted Danntec about some issues with my MacBook Pro, after being fobbed off with Apple giving me questionable solutions costing hundreds of pounds I just wanted somebody I could trust to take a look at it and help me out as I use it for freelance Graphic Design work and need it working. Michael diagnosed the problem and replaced a faulty part for a much more reasonable price compared to what Apple wanted, his invoice was transparent and I really appreciated Michael making it clear what his work was and the charges incurred. His professionalism, customer service and speed of service are outstanding, I wouldn't go elsewhere for future repairs. Would recommend for anyone with any issues, particularly Mac users who don’t want to be fobbed off by Apples lack of service regarding machines older than 3 years!

Amazing!! He did the entire job in 4 days and that was without the express charge, just in time for me to get back to university. He clearly explained what the issue was (broken screen) and gave me the choice to go ahead with the cost it would be. Danntec restored my Mac to a new condition when I had nearly given up trying to get it repaired.most computer repairers won't touch them. I received regular updates by email on progress and options I required during the repair. If you are getting the dreaded beach ball on your Mac give them a call, you won't be disapointed.
