Really impressed with the service. My laptop had bad water damage and he gave me all the information I needed to make a choice between repair or replace including price breakdowns. I chose to replace my laptop and he sourced the exact same model and set it up for me. Very professional and knowledgable. I would recommend to anyone and I am super grateful for the help :)

Had an all in one desktop. Repairs and upgrades were required. The IT specialist Dada took my PC back to their office to do the work. He kept me up to date via text how the work was going and computer was returned in a few days. Dada spent time explaining exactly what had been done and as I had chosen to have a new hard drive installed- he explained exactly what and how to replace my programs. On request- he even installed for me a new and better antivirus. Very pleasant man- not pushy at all- v professional at all times and my PC is running like a "new PC". Will definitely be using Dot Com Computers again
