Nathan was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and replaced the broken CPU fan in my laptop exceptionally quickly. I took my laptop for initial review on the Friday, the new fan arrived on the Saturday and Nathan fitted the new fan on the Sunday in barely an hour, all working around my schedule. Would absolutely recommend Nathan's IT services to anyone. Overall a great experience.

Nathan is extremely friendly and his services are clear and concise, he obviously knows his stuff and will always give multiple options (if any!) for you to choose the preferred way Nathan will fix your laptop! What a wonderful pleasant young man, I rang Nathan for some help with a problem I had with an SD card, he responded straight away and gave me some excellent advice, i arranged a time to drop the SD card to him, he was very pleasant and explained in detail what he would be able to do with the SD card. Outstanding service received from Nathan of Sifu Geek. I had a problem with the fans on my laptop. Nathan checked it and found the fans were working properly but were nosier than normal because of slight wear in the bearings. He priced up replacing the fans but also recommended not spending too much on an ageing laptop right now given the fans still worked. I decided to just have (the very dusty) fans cleaned and new thermal paste applied. All done exceedingly fast and for a very sensible price, fantastic communication throughout. Had problems with our Firebox /TV and initially thought it could be something to do with the WiFi /computer. Contacted Nathan who kindly emailed me the steps I needed to take to try to resolve the problem. I contacted Nathan on a Sunday with my problem. PC World had effected a warranty repair that had not fixed the problem with charging my laptop. He checked the systems and told me the fault was in fact with the charging cable ( PC World couldn't see that?) and advised I return to ask for a warranty replacement. I couldnt recommend nathan's service more. We had some issues with a new build pc and he diagnosed and would not take payment for as it was under an hour and just the diagnosis. I had previously called around to many other repair services and all stated they could not help, but when I called Nathan he viewed it as simple and had it all booked in and fixed same day. We then hired him to refit our fans on the PC and he did so quickly and to a high standard. Migrated two Windows Live Mail 2012 users to Mozilla Thunderbird after one WLM prog. stopped working. Nathan moved all address books and stored folders. He communicated fully as to what he was doing throughout the process, including the inevitable shortcomings inherent in such a change-over. He did pretty much as he was asked, rather than telling us what we should do - I liked that approach ! A very capable and personable young man - he is now on our list of "go-to" people.

Nathan is very professional and quick to respond to queries. I have consulted him through email for my Acer laptop's screen issue and liquid damage (from coffee). He cleaned my laptop and gave clear diagnostics on the issues the laptop had, and explained well on the possible solutions. I was given several options as to how I want my device fixed (replacement parts etc) and he was very helpful in helping me getting a replacement laptop plus the following hardware installations (SSD) and I got a working laptop back within a week. The 'Geek' Nathan responded immediately to my phone call for assistance. He called at my home, inspected my computer set-up, He then listened as I described the Win 10 start-up problems that I had on my DELL 8700 Desk top. I was advised of any fees that may be involved. These seemed very reasonable. Nathan tried various possible fixes on site, then we agreed to take the computer back to his workshop to back-up, repair and return it to me. He kept me informed during this work that took only a couple of days. The Hard Drive was to fault and was replaced and Win 10 reloaded. I asked that a further 2 TB of memory was added. This was done. So very grateful to Nathan who quickly identified that my 10 year old grandson had obtained Administrator rights on my laptop through Windows 10 when I allowed him to play x-box live. Professional, motivated and cares about what he does, just one guy who will work on your stuff straight away if he isn't busy, seems very knowledgeable, and truthful, I had some issues that seemed to resolve themselves by the time I took my computer along, and Nathan was very straight forward about that and let me know what the causes for my problems may have been, he will try tell you what the problems are if you want to know and how to resolve or prevent it from happening again, he cares about what he does, just a good dude, would recommend you email him and go see him if you have any technical issues at all.
