Set up a fairly technophobe relative with good quality used laptop. The proprietor is knowledgeable but explains equipment at the level required. Does not patronise like some tech outlets. Can happily recommend.

Having met the owner some years ago when he helped me sort out my networking needs at home, I can say that he is one of the most helpful people that I have met. Since his opening the shop, I have dealt with him on many occasions and have always be impressed by the quality of sevice he has given and the reasonable prices he charges. I always reccomend his place in the first instance when asked for somewhere to go, for either help fixing or buying a computer. I hope he will continue to trade for many years to come, as we need small businesses like these that give a more personal approach.
