My 13 yr old son wanted a computer to be built with specific parts for gaming. We went to see Peter and discussed a number of options. In the end we bought the parts ourselves and Peter and his engineers built the computer. My son was invited to see part of the build being undertaken by the engineers and ask questions. Throughout the whole process Peter was absolutely fantastic. He is very professional and the end product is exactly what my son wanted. I have no hesitations in recommending Proactive IT Support - they are the best and it is clear that they are specialists and highly qualified in their field.

We have had three computers from Peter over the past ten years and have always received the very best attention and service anyone could expect.
Being aged 84 and 90 respectively and not exactly computer literate...more in the imbecile category really, we must have more problems than the average especially in the printing document department, and feel rather inadequate and reluctant to repeatedly request for help . However when we do we always are received with open arms by Peter and his great staff and made to feel welcome, with no recriminations whatsoever. In this day and age when there is little sign of good service around, it is a pleasure to deal with Proactive IT Support Ltd.and would 100% recommend them to anyone with computer problems. It is re-assuring to know that you can rely on these guys to look after your PC. Used previously to recover data from a laptop. Then used to upgrade to ss drive on a laptop. After 6 months took the free health check(They send a txt which was handy). Quick turn around-superb service.

I have known Peter Ravi for well over 25 years …since before Milenium Computers …through Fast Computers …and now to Proactive IT Support.
That change of company name has never been a passive development and has been more than justified. I can say that he nor his staff or his companies have ever got me ‘out of difficulties’ because, due to an effective and proactive view of computer design and all activities in IT, I have never ‘got into difficulties’ in the first place. The various upgrades he has advised me on have always looked at least 5 years ahead in aspects from motherboard and desktop design, through virus protection, especially in these times of potential ‘interference’ and ‘international hacking’ and to software applications. The ‘MOT’ service facility has ensured that my machine has never accumulated the ‘digital barnacles’ that lie in wait in internet searching and communication exchanges. Indeed, my experience is that a ‘5-minute technical conversation’ has frequently produced at least ‘5-years operational peace of mind’.
After a very successful career, latterly in 16 years running my own management consultancy, using emotional intelligence, I am now retired, but still ‘rub shoulders’ with many professional businessmen and do not hesitate to recommend Peter and Proactive IT Support. I frequently receive thanks from those who have taken my advice …and then gone back for more.

Last week we called into Proactive I.T. Support Services as we could not get an internet connection or emails on our iPad or mobile phone. Our email address was not recognised by the system, and our internet connection was down.
Our I.T. skills are 'basic-minus'. Without the use of our iPad and mobile phone, our communication world was shut off and causing us problems. We are pensioners and sometimes we can feel quite vulnerable, therefore our I.T. equipment is essential to us.
We asked Peter Ravi for help, and although he was busy, he spared the time to listen to our garbled explanation of our situation, and proceeded to check our equipment. In less than half an hour, he had sorted out our problem and set up a fresh account for us.
We had used this service before, and had been helped, and would recommend it to anyone needing I.T. assistance.
