Absolutely outstanding computer technician. Found this company on Google when my hard drive died. Roland went above and beyond in helping me, really up front and honest about everything and explained what was wrong in straightforward language. Fantastic service, highly recommend.

Very professional, friendly and easy to talk to. I have been using Roland for many years and as of our first meeting, he has always shown the highest standards of professionalism. Recently my computer has faced some problems with starting up, which Roland fixed. It was running well until a few weeks later down the line. Then, I ran into a problem where the computer was struggling to complete Windows updates. Roland was more than accommodating, and happy to help me out without charging me.

Very friendly excellant rates,very competent, had a couple of problems with my printer and laptop and Roland put them right first time.Services and clean my laptop.I would not use anyone else.

Bought a computer back in October 2015, went into the store with a friend and was set up with an outstanding computer with the options for further upgrades as I go along. Last week my computer took a turn for the worse out of software error and I was slightly worried this was going to cost me something silly to fix, I dropped my computer off Tuesday and it was fixed and pretty much brand new on Thursday. Such a brilliant customer service and very helpful and friendly highly recommend them if you have any issues I'll be back very soon.

Broken laptop screen with fast upcoming uni deadlines looming. Not only did I get a really fast response but on Easter Sunday of all days and dropped my laptop off on a bank holiday Monday and picked it up on Wednesday with a better screen than the laptop had already! I thought i had broken my pc while upgrading my cpu and gpu and panicked. Phoned in and he actually helped me and advised me to the point i was able to fix it myself in the end, giving me 5 star customer service despite not having spent any noney with him yet. The fact that he was able to treat a person not yet guaranteed to make him any money with such service compelled me to write this review. I strongly recommend this guy basee on my interaction with him, i will definitely be using his services soon when i make my water cooled system!

Went to get my laptop screen fixed here, brilliant service, funny, informative, fix my screen for £35 off and as a student that helped so much.... i must mention the weird large vegetable in the corner! that made me laugh! My computer was pretty much toast, had a few people look at it with no idea what was wrong with it. Took it into here and left it with him.. kept me updated everytime something came up and ordered the parts he needed to fix my pc, fixed it and ran me through a video he takes while he fixes it to show me what he did to fix it.
