There were some technical issues related to the DSA Item in question, mainly to do with manufacture defects, once those issues were grasped Glenn CEO of Sight and Sound went out of his way to have this matter resolved in a timely manner and arranged alternative item albeit at a loss furthermore went out of his way to keep me informed, within the agreed timetable. Special thanks also must also go to Tina who at all times acted with professionalism and courtesy when taking my calls during this time.

I have the privilege of being supplied additional software and a laptop with my university to help with my studies, and I have to say on the 2 encounters with the customer service team I am very happy with the experiences. It was fast, very professional and polite. I used e-mail to contact whenever I had a problem and the team was fast to reply and help me through my problem. In a world where so many companies handle customers a little too robotically, it was nice to have customer service which actually felt like they cared and wanted to help me. This becomes more a plus for people with more severe disabilities than mine.
