Went 25.02.2022 to look at a fridge freezer. Also looked at washer/dryers, not as much choice. Lots of choice for fridge freezers and other white goods. A very spacious store. Lots of staff not really doing much but seemed keen to help if we wanted it. Would return after researching online online.

Good parking options on the small estate. Noteworthy for also having a compact M&S and a Costa on the same site. The Currys store was for early the PC World store. The layout is spacious and well organised. They have a very good selection of TVs. Less impressive range of laptops but it's Currys now and not PC world. The staff were not pushy but often difficult to grab their attention if you want some general guidance. A good store.

Went in looking for a fridge freezer. Phil took time with us and went the extra mile assisting in our choice. Wasn’t pushy Was very professional, courteous, informative, knew the product and came away very satisfied with our choice. Experienced some difficulty with availability but with the world political situation that is current, it would be rude to criticise this aspect. (Covid, Ukraine/Russia, Brexit) Store was busy too.

Had a new samsung tv delivered on Sunday. After unpacking it on Monday found the aerial port on the connector box was broken. Took connector box back to currys where a lovely lady called Carol attended to my problem. Then I met Dave one of the tv guys who helped me choose a different tv with better spec. Both went above and beyond their job descriptions to accommodate my wishes. Can't speak highly enough about them.

I live in Bury St Edmunds and went to the Curry's there. Here I had terrible service and asked where I could pick up a washing machine. Eventually a store was found in Norwich, Bury Branch could not give me address of Norwich Branch. Eventually got to Norwich excellent service.

They also guaranteed to refund the difference if the prices were reduced further on black Friday, so I placed an order with free next day delivery. Is a nice place if you need to buy anything technological. They changed a little bit the layout. So basically is a big area with gaming chairs and computers where you can test the gaming layout. The prices are really good. Is no difference between online retailers and this shop. On the other hand .... the staff is a little intrusive. Just right now i have been asked more than 5 times if I need something. And one lady at the end and she told me that it has been a while since i am in (45 min or so) and if i want to buy anything.

REALLY rude lady when entering the store which made me quite upset and unwelcome but shortly after I was approached by Rio, He was absolutely fantastic and really helped me find exactly what I was looking for and explained everything slowly in a way I could understand. He was really entertaining throughout and had excellent product knowledge as well as great customer service skills and even put the TV in my car after paying!!!!! I thought I would visit Curry's today as its over a year since I have been there. Wanted to see how technology had changed, I was amazed how it had, TV's were putting on such a wonderful demo, pictures were so crisp and colours unbelievable. I hadn't intended to buy, but a charming young lady started talking to me, not in a high pressure sales mode but just asking if I needed help, I mentioned I might need a new coffee machine and as she was so pleasant I did buy one. Dan and Andy the delivery people were absolutely spot on can't ask for better people. I was at work but my wife was in and couldn't of been a better delivery of our new fridge freezer!! Measured the door put it in the kitchen where we wanted it and even took away all the packaging which we weren't expecting!! Even made a fuss of our dog before leaving!! As for the norwich store, was good but there was alot of staffon the floor but when you want something they all seem busy talking to each other!!

Customer service par excellence!!! Bought a supposedly "smart" Toshiba tv for our caravan holiday. Set it up at home and it worked. When we arrived on holiday it refused to log into our modem. After TWO HOURS WAITING ON THE "Customer Helpline " the line went dead!!!!! Drove to the nearest store in Norwich and the staff were FANTASTIC!!! The assistant tried to connect it for me and he couldn't either. He then spent about an hour going through other TVs and makes, trying each of them with my router! Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and polite! Wish we didn't live 200 miles away, because I would never go anywhere else for electrical

I always go here for my electrical stuff. This time it was TV. We knew exactly what we wanted and the sales guy answered my one question and then went and got it from warehouse. No pressure or suggestion of any other sales to go with it (other than extended warranty on TV which I expected ). Was in and out in less than 15 mins.

Best time to visit as your not too bothered by sales reps, but only 3 star for the lack of variety of pc accessories and peripherals. Good for a quick gaming purchase if you need it fast. Otherwise more variety on the website which defeats the purpose of a shop really?

It cost more but because of the way it was explained it was an easy decision to spend the extra. After a bad store experience on Thursday - My faith was restored by a very helpful man called Mark when I popped in Friday afternoon. :) *********************************************************** I went to the store to buy a high end laptop yesterday. I was next to the high end options with my daughter and not one member of staff approached us. Really disappointed. I was there for over 30 mins. Staff members were within metres but every time I looked towards them to get their eye, they were too busy on their devices and laughing with the external reps. I'm going back tonight as I am looking for good advice and I hope my experience is better. ***********************************************

Staff appear to do the bare minimum here. Groups of 3 or 4 staff members hanging around chatting, and others on their phones. It seemed more like a social day than work. There are of course exceptions to this. The chap that served me was helpful, polite and knowledgeable a real credit to the store. Scott I think his name was. And the customer service desk were very nice. There is a handful of great staff! Just a shame about the others. Management may need to look at this.

This was the first time I have ever been in a Curry's Store. I was impressed by the variety of goods available. Prices were comparitivly good. Some Sale fridges were extremely good. I will go there again. I only give this 4 stars because I know that there have been issues with after sales service.

I had to ask a couple of times for assistance. It was quiet in the store, staff were chatting in groups, yet no one offered assistance and I was there for some time. However, when the right person was found who could assist, they were very helpful and despite the product being out of stock were able to get it delivered next day (a Sunday) with no hassle. We made a mistake when ordering a laptop. Currys exchanged our laptop for another in store with no quibbles. Would definitely recommend them as unlike other online suppliers, you have a point of reference if there is an issue.

Not bad but very overpriced compared to online. The staff are always friendly but I'm a shopper who prefers not to be asked if I need help. I'm very computer/tech literate and when I hear staff recommending certain products, I cringe inside as there are more often than not, much better alternatives for the customer. I also have to say, the PC and laptop range in-store are so poor. It's like I'm looking at 2014 technology so I'd always opt to look elsewhere.

Purchased a new laptop just under a month ago on Your plan, and unfortunately it began to malfunction in the last couple of days. Was worried about returning and exchanging, because of the horror stories you hear about the process, but the process was easy as can be! I can not fault the service I received yesterday when my phone developed a fault and required a complete reset. I was served by Laurie who was both courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. He served me with patience and humour and managed to back up everything on my phone onto the SD card before resetting it and restoring everything. He is a credit to your company.

Amazing customer service today following a bit of a minor problem when I hadn’t put the vacum cleaner together properly after cleaning.I had mentioned the problem previously to the Dyson Assistant wondering if I could fix it myself and he offered to have a look at the vacuum. The problem was fixed after a very thorough investigation with an offer of any further problems bring it back. I hadn’t bought the Dyson from Curry’s but they will certainly be place I but from in the future. Many thanks Sandro.

Lots of things in their showroom to inspect before buying at good prices. We looked at four different fridges that fitted our criteria they did not have any of them available from stock.

Easy access, huge choice, reasonable prices and large stock make Currys an excelrnt choice for ordinary "consumer" electronics, electric kitchen utilities and White goods. If your needs are more special - like spareparts or components, do not bother, there are way better choices for this type of products.
