Good place to get your tyres changed, competitive prices and friendly and helpful staff, a bit busy with some lengthy waiting times.

Now inside House of Fraser, up on the first floor the store is slightly less convenient to find but that aside it is well stocked with games and other toys and accessories. The team are always friendly and willing to help. I couldn't find what I was looking for but someone went and got the item for me.

Been shopping with GAME for many years! I have always been given fantastic service, and it’s great to see the familiar faces when I pop in! Always nice to talk to people who are just as interested in games as I am! Shopping here genuinely feels welcoming and human-like, and not a generic shopping experience! Good and reasonable prices with some great deals on from time to time, especially during peak sales and on Pre-Owned games! I am also part of the Elite Reward scheme which is great value for money if you shop there a ton like I do! I always preorder from here because of the lack of issues, and for the excellent rewards I gain from my membership! Despite the Back of the Inns and Chapelfield stores closing down recently, this store in House of Fraser is still a decent size to browse in the sections I have interest in, and still offers that fantastic customer service I have experienced for years! Will definitely continue to shop here for the future! 💜

Friendly staff but the place is tiny. Very little selection. Due to the lack of competition the prices are RRP no bargains to be had that I saw.

Very helpful staff when it comes to looking for recommendations. I often get stuck on what game I should try next and they are very thorough about working out what would be the most suitable for me and they were spot on. One of my top favourite PS4 games was actually recommended by a staff member here.

It was really hard work dealing with the shop assistant who lacked product and sales knowledge, but I later learned she was quite new. Otherwise the staff (who are passionate gamers) are generally very friendly and helpful. The store has a fantastic choice of games, consoles and accessories.

It has everything you'd expect from GAME. Games, consoles, controllers, assorted gaming related merchandise. There's a decent range of pre-owned stock too. The staff are always very good and helpful - enthusiastic about their subject. which is always a plus. The store itself is a bit on the cramped side, and can get quite uncomfortable on peak days/periods.

Fab selection of pre-owned items which is its saving grace as again, for a high street store, brand new items are ridiculously expensive. They do have a good range and selection which is why I will go back but nine times out of ten, if I can't find what I need in pre-owned I won't buy brand new simply because I can't afford it. The staff are lovely and good for a laugh. You can always count on the staff at Game to have a laugh and giggle which is something that keeps myself and my husband coming back

Having discovered the new Animal crossing game is coming out next year on the switch, my mum and I were a bit in the dark about the console itself. We spoke to a lovely chap called Dan who was so helpful and explained everything very well! He was not pushy in any way at all and was happy to spend time educacting us despite the fact we weren't looking to purchase there and then, but because of his excellent service my mum and I have said we will definitely be purchasing our Switches from this store 😊 Thanks again for your help!

We eat at Nandos fairly regular and have no real issues. The food is always tasty as well as healthy. A little inconsistent when making salads as my wife is vegetarian this constitutes a large part of her meal. Which was slightly disappointing. Staff are always pleasant . And the place is always busy. Which speaks for itself.

Prices are more than their own online store. Dosnt make sense. If I need to go online to get the game cheaper I can just go to Amazon or another provider. Game needs to compete with supermarkets with their prices and not try to rip people off on release days by taking pre orders and then overpricing the game.
