Amazing service! There have been two occasions on which I have asked Charlie, Backyard Electronixx, for help. The first time I needed a computer to hire for a short period of time to do some heavy editing, and I found this company on Facebook through recommendations from other people. I decided to message Charlie and ask him if he had any suitable machines that I could hire out. The same day I received a beast of a machine, with a 4k screen, that more than met my needs. Charlie dropped the computer off and picked it up. The whole process was smooth, professional and exactly what I needed. The second time I needed some advice on different computer chips to see, again, what would be best for me. In a world where there are tons of YouTube videos and people misinforming you about what is good, I needed someone with 'real' knowledge and expert advice. Again, Charlie was awesome. After a quick phone call, I was perfectly advised and well on my way to getting something that will actually work for me. Both times I have encountered Charlie he has been nothing short of awesome! Honestly, it is really hard to find someone who is so knowledgeable and actually knows what they are talking about for the better of their customers. If you need any help at all with anything technical give Backyard Electronixxx a call. They are legit and such a quality company in a sea of cowboys! Thanks again!
