So I have a Trace Elliott bass combo about 20 years old that had just given up the ghost. Took it in with a long list of issues and left it with Correct. Call about 24 hours later to say all fixed and ready for collection. Apparently it was a popular repair something a little different to the usual stuff they repair. So I now have it back. It’s never been so quiet, no buzz or crackling, and works perfectly. Really really reasonable price, speedy service, what more could you want. Maybe some cake with the handover but they kept that to themselves (think it was chocolate!). Cheers you lot. Sarah phillips.

I can't fault the expertise and professionalism these guys showed in my monitor repair. As soon as Samsung transferred the case to them to handle, they were on the ball and asking for all the info they needed to repair my monitor.
They clearly know what they're doing and took real care in making sure the monitor didn't damage anything (it's large).
Would 100% use them again.

I came across CS really by accident and a recommendation, I run a Bose high end surround sound system that went in to a life of it's own, Andy came out to me in Langar and spent a good 2 hours or so trying to rectify the issue but all efforts failed so he took the system back to the workshop for further analysis.
To my delight not only did they sort the issue but he and Fraser returned my system to me the very same afternoon in perfect working order, I ask you, where can you get good honest reliable friendly service like this nowadays?
Would I recommend CS to you? you bet your boots I can.

They came out next day from initially enquiry , inspected my Sony LED TV and came back same day with all the parts it could need and fixed with correct part and even got this done under Warrenty when I was happy to pay for the work. It was the reviews that gave me the confidence in these guys, and I am so glad I had my 50 inch Samsung TV repaired here. A power surge killed the TV which was only 2 years old. I explained the problem over the phone and was given a best and worst case quote immediately, so I swiftly took the TV to them. It only took a week to order and replace the main board, which I must add was replaced with a genuine Samsung OEM part, not a refurb or a third party board.
My TV is now in fully working order, and in the exact same condition as when it went in. Not a scratch, not a mark anywhere. Thank you so much to the whole team, you have a great business there and the best customer care.

Correct Services were recommended to me by Richer Sounds after I contacted them regarding an issue with a vintage amplifier.
Right off the bat there is a £30 charge for them to even take a look, but for most companies this is industry standard. I was quoted anything from £30 up to £100 for the repair, with a 9-11 day turnaround. I had the amp back after 48 hours with the fault diagnosed and fixed with a total bill of £50.
Cannot fault them. Reception were very helpful and thorough in booking the amp in and Alan the engineer who carried out the repair really knew his stuff. Would recommend and very happy to use again.

Amazing service for an amazingly old Samsung TV I have. They had a One Connect box in stock which they refurbished there and then for me to make use of my TV for hopefully another 5 years. Drove from Birmingham, got there 45 minutes before they closed, they sorted me out in 30 minutes. 100% would recommend! Attaching picture of faulty unit. Didn't take a pic of the good one though it was shiny and like new.

Hi. My Samsung TV is 2.5 years old and was working perfectly. Having decided to rearrange my lounge, and in order to avoid the set falling off of its stand, I placed it face down on the carpeted floor. When returned to its normal position, a fault appeared on the screen. (DO NOT PLACE MODERN TV's ON THEIR SCREEN BUT LAY IT ON ITS BACK, I'M TOLD). I contacted both John Lewis and Samsung themselves. Both recommended Correct Service Ltd. Very pleased that they did. Pleasant staff, including efficient and helpful workshop, who provided photos of the fault for the benefit of the insurance company, not once but twice! work completed within 2 days of approval from Insurance Co. I went to Correct Service for an inspection report for my TV which had broken. I was trying to claim for my TV to be repaired from a well known retailer for my faulty TV and the retailer were quite demanding in what they wanted from this report and kept changing the requirements.
Jo and Alex at Correct Service were both exceptionally helpful in getting this for me to help me make a claim for my TV to which I successfully managed to get from the retailer. If it wasn’t for their assistance and advice I wouldn’t have managed to do this and they’ve saved me from having to buy a new TV.
I couldn’t recommend this company enough for providing the upmost professional and helpful service I could have asked for and will certainly be going back if I need a any future repairs.

What a wonderful experience! After our TV 'blew up' we weren't sure whether to repair or buy a new one. The option to have a diagnostic test for only £30 (which is deducted from your bill if you have the work done) suited us. I dropped the TV off this morning at 9.50 am to a lovely young man and by 11 am they had diagnosed the problem and phoned for instructions. Even better I was able to collect the TV this afternoon, aided by a helpful young woman. Thank you so much Correct Service - you're amazing!

Had a tv repaired elsewhere and was told that it was going to need the main board replacing at a cost of £170. Spoke to Steve on the phone and was advised to bring the unit in for them to look at, was in the shop for 20 minutes in that time they had fix the tv , no new board needed, just engineers who know what there doing.
Fantastic service, engineers helpful, would highly recommend them, and would not hesitate to use them again

My Samsung tv developed a fault and my warranty provider refered me to Correct Services. The engineer came out the next day, and due to the specific fault took it to his workshop. I was promptly informed the tv required a new screen and they had ordered the parts. I received the tv back about a week later. No hassle at all.
Also, we are shielding at the moment, the engineer was very understanding and professional. He wore gloves and a mask and never came face to face with us.

Correct Services repaired my LG television when it sparked and would no longer turn on. The service was great - they collected and delivered my tv for a reasonable fee and phoned ahead to arrange a day that would suit me.
The only thing that could be improved is if they say who is calling on voicemails - I didn't immediately call back as I thought it was another company. But overall Correct Services are great and the staff are helpful and friendly.
I paid a total of £165 for the repair with £100 of that cost covered from Tesco who gave me a partial refund (always call the number on the receipt even if the warranty expires, you still might get some kind of refund). This fee includes the extra for collection/delivery.
I would definitely recommend this repair service.

Correct Service provides their customers with a service that is prompt, friendly, informative, competitive and reliable! That’s what they say on their website, the REALITY IS EVEN BETTER!!! I recently bought a Sony wireless headphone set that enables you to hear the tv without disturbing the rest of the family. Place of purchase: Nottingham Hospice charity shop in Burton Joyce. The model was not the newest, but the box was in perfect shape, the content still in plastic. Unfortunately, only when I tried to set it up I noticed the adapter was missing. I went back to the charity shop in the hope the previous owner had handed it in. My story was overheard by a gentleman who appeared to be Steve from Correct Service in Carlton. He took my headphones to his company and rang me half an hour later to let me know he found the right adapter. When I picked it up the next day he refused payment. What a service! Will definitely use Correct Service in the future!

The nice thing is that the people who are working here are honest! If it can be fixed they will do so and at a reasonable price and give a 12 month warranty. If it cannot be fixed then they say so and you can then make your own decision. Will definitely use again if I have any further problems.

Had a problem with lights blowing on a microwave. Fixed it straight away while waiting and told me how to prevent problems in the future. Also use WD40 on the non stainless steel outer covering to remove rust.

Was going to throw away my 3yr old LG 47" LED TV when the picture went black - but took it here on a chance - £30 for diagnostic work (deducted from bill if you proceed with repair) - turned out it needed a new backlight.
