I find their prices to be the most competitive and the cartridges they supply to be fault free. This morning I did, however, experience a fault with a cyan toner and called the customer care number. A delightful lady called Joanna was brilliant in diagnosing the problem and, although we were unable to fix the contact points on the cartridge, she has arranged for a replacement cartridge to be sent out straight away. Very impressed with this company and the customer care service - much better than cartridge monkey who I used to use, and who have been very reluctant to assist with any damaged/faulty toners (of which there were quite a few!).

A. B.The world of compatible ink cartridges can be hit and miss. In the past I have been plagued with sub-standard cartridges or "non standard cartridge installed" error messages. No such problems now since I switched to Internet-Ink products which work flawlessly. Delivery was fast too. I highly recommend them.

I. H.I've bought printer inks from numerous suppliers including some from Amazon, and all have been dodgy to say the least. However, all blocked nozzle problems disappeared when I started buying inks from this company, Internet-Ink. So far as I can see, their inks are every bit as good as original inks and they're fit and forget... highly recommended, buy with confidence.

I have been purchasing Canon compatible printer cartridges and whilst very much cheaper than the authentic items, they are fairly good and do the job fairly well. The quality of the ink is not as good as the Canon inks, however, for simple printing functions they are fine.
I would recommend Internet Inks anytime for their service and professional approach.

A. H.I have bought ink from Internet Ink for a while now. The replacement cartridges are delivered quickly and produce good quality printing in colour and black and white. My printer, an Epson, complains a little that the cartridges are not genuine Epson versions but as long as you are prepared to tick the right boxes after replacing the cartridges they work fine and are significantly cheaper than 'real' Epson ones.

With generic you get better overall value for money and in the unlikely event you have a problem they exceed your expectations in a no quibble replacement. We have used them for years and we vote with our custom, as we have high expectations from our suppliers.

A. L.Delivery is always quick, the inks are superb, every bit as good in our Canon printer as Canon's inks and the chips almost always work. Perhaps once in forty cartridges the chip triggers a "can't use this" warning, but a quick phone call to Internet-Ink and a replacement arrives the following day without any argument. I have used them for years and will continue to do so, including the printing of large (A4) photos. They are a country mile ahead of other stuff, particularly the supermarket copies.
P. K.Excellent quality ink, very permanent on colour pictures. Order to delivery less than 3 days. Much improved ink for Canon MG5750 compared to earlier Canon MFPs I have owned, including OEM packs.

P. L.Best compatible ink toners yet. I have a Brother 3500 and the original toners cost an arm and a leg. I tried a few compatibles but they either ran dry quickly or leaked/smudged on the paper. The internet ink toners give good colour; seem to be lasting longer and I will certainly buy replacements from them in future.

R.I have Epson Premium XP 830 and bought first set of compatible cartridges - I had NOT allowed any Epson software updates which the printer keeps asking me to do as I had read somewhere that that causes compatibles to be rejected. However on initial installation (leaving the black cartridge till last) they were rejected. After a quick call to Internet-Ink support I followed their advice to remove the cartridges again, switch off and unplug for 15 mins then switch on and try again. They first said not recognised and then when I started the procedure to install yet again they suddenly were accepted! I am very happy with the ink quality and the support help. Just hope now that I get plenty of printing done for my money.
