Great service here. Team were honest about my laptop issue and managed to sort it. They had to order a part to fit and gave me a reasonable price for the part which I agreed to. Laptop is working great now. Highly recommended.

My computer crashed suddenly with my portable hard drive connected to it, which resulted in 3 important folders disappearing from it. I've called them the next day and they were very nice explaining to me all my options, and what they usually do to fix this. I took it in, and amazingly they've managed to recover it ALL!! Absolutely amazing service, brilliant expertise and it was a great price as well. I can not thank them enough for everything!

I called the PC Doctor after I dropped a glass of water on my laptop, they gave me great advice and I brought my laptop to them, they agreed a price for looking at it and explained that there was only a 50/50 chance of being able to fix it. He said it could look at it the following day. I called them just as he was looking at it, and he said that he was drying it out but it looked like it was working ok, but he'd like to keep it over the weekend just to make sure. He called on the Monday morning to say all was ok. Hurrah, brilliant service, good price and good customer care, I'd highly recommend them.

Totally brilliant service! I recently spilled a drink over my laptop and although the keyboard worked ok, it wouldn't charge up. I took my laptop to PC doctor who gave me a quote for labor and agreed I would cover any spare parts needed. They kept me in the loop the whole way through and unbelievably managed to get it working again! I couldn't be happier with PC Doctor, thank you for all your help
