Absolutely fantastic service and highly recommended. I went in with a battery issue and the battery was replaced and all working well. The first battery that was ordered didn’t work, these things happen, but he was happy to swap it over for a different battery no questions asked. I was moving abroad for some months and was up against it time wise and they went out of their way to accommodate my situation. Myself and my partner have used them on a couple of occasions and each time they have been superb. It’s great to see really positive customer service these days. Thank you

My sons iPhone 7 had a broken camera. Emailed PCRC one evening to explain the problem and they emailed back the same evening with a price to replace the camera. Took the phone in next morning and was ready before lunchtime. The service was very friendly and professional. The price was exactly as quoted and very competitive. Outstanding in every respect.

Just had iPhone 6 screen repaired which was badly damaged, service was excellent, very fast, only took about 20minutes and gentleman was very friendly and went the extra mile to get my phone working again. Screen seems perfect so far, a little raised than the original screen but works no problem 👍 highly recommend for fast & professional service

Great place. Went there for my laptop that wasn't charging and he immediately knew it was just the charger that needed replacing. The place I went to before tried to charge me £120 claiming it was a problem with the motherboard.

The guy here is brilliant, on separate occasions he has fixed my laptop screen and cleaned the fan on my laptop. He always completes the job really quickly (same day repair) for reasonable cost. He obviously loves what he does and last time he even cleared some viruses off my computer despite me only taking it in for a fan clean! He's really good, will always be the first guy I go to for tech repairs.

Took my iPhone six in with a shattered screen. The chap was able to repair it within a couple of hours and more cheaply than a local competitor. So far all seems to be working fine. There is a slight bright spot, but I can live with it. Oh and he opened the door so I could get in with the pram, small deeds make a difference.

Went in at 2:30pm with my laptop (broken hard drive, so wouldn't start up) and by 4:30pm he had replaced the hard drive, installed windows 10 and an office package for me and also cleaned the fan so I didn't keep getting thermal shutdowns! Great service and friendly, highly recommend. Thanks again

Sadly our photos and all else on the hard drive weren't recoverable after the kids dropped the laptop, but PCRC kindly didn't charge us for their time spent looking into the matter as the issue wasn't resolved.... nice to see people more interested in our regular custom than making a quick buck off passing trade. iPhone 6 screen fixed quickly for £60. Proper screen not cheap substitute. Owner likes payment in cash so be prepared, plus doesnt freely offer receipt or invoice.

Cracked laptop screen on thursday - rang ahead as was currently in london - ordered the part without any pre-payment and dropped it off saturday @ 10am, with a call that it was ready at midday. Excellent and will definitely use again!
