They are very responsive to our calls and always calm and jargon-free when dealing with our staff. We renewed our contract with them this year after a competitive tendering process so a great company and excellent value for money too!

a. s.We feel it is only fair that we support Pyranet in their disputing of the review by Mobility Buddy. We have worked with Mobility Buddy for a period of 6 weeks and after that we terminated their IT Support Contract because of their unprofessional behaviours and insistence on our changing our working practices to suit them regardless of the impact on our current customer base and ourselves.
During our time at Mobility Buddy we have been mistreated, spoken to in an unprofessional manner and they even used the term "f**king a**ehole" about our accountant who is the mother of one of the Directors. This was completely unnecessary and as a company Director we cannot allow this to be said about one of our employees so we fully support Pyranet in their process of raising the complaint to Google regarding the review.
