Upgraded my laptop from Hard Disk Drive (HDD) to a Solid State Drive (SSD) and the difference is immense! The service was exceptional! The guys were very helpful! But just to warn you if you decided to do this specific upgrade it's like getting a new PC, but they do save your files.

The guys at Radtek are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, I was recommended to visit them to get my Razer laptop fixed (yep, that one!) The laptop could not be repaired sadly, through no fault of Radtek, more due to a manufacturer not wanting to play ball (typical!) But the lads have spent weeks trying to get the manufacturer to help, in the end we called it a day but I am hugely appreciative of the time and effort they spent on it, they were always very helpful and friendly when I needed to speak to them and I would definitely return as a customer and I would highly recommend to anybody who needs repairs or just a bit of help with their tech! Thanks again Radtek! 😊

Fantastic service. Matthew is so friendly and helpful. Have been here twice due to issues with my daughters iphone. Matthew helped me and it was such a small issue but he was patient and he sorted it out within minutes. I hoghly recommend this shop if you have any issues with phones, laptops or any electronic items.

Have visited this shop on several occasions and always been impressed by the attentiveness and politeness of the staff there. Ok it was only a minor issue - as my husband's iPhone charging port would not connect to the lead and was blocked with dust/debris, the young lad duly cleared it and this has not been the first time he has done so free of charge. Would highly recommend.

I took my iPad 6th gen in with a screen that was completely shattered after I left it on top of my car and drove off. Radtek replaced the screen within hours and confirmed there was no other fault. They charged half the price of other quotes I received and the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend without hesitation.

After going to multiple so called mobile repair shops and spending over £150... for nothing ... not only did these guys sort my problem but they actually take the time to explain everything . Matt at radtek was the only person that solved the problem. Not only was he 100 percent honest he did everything infront of me, they are very very knowledgeable and very honest. Will not use anyone else from now on. If you need any repair from phone to laptop / pc go see these guys. You won’t find anyone that more honest . Most recently I took a water damaged phone here. Diagnosed and repaired with a new screen within 45minutes. A great walk in service and only £80 (iPhone 6s). 3rd time I’ve used them and always been excellent 👍

Excellent friendly service, I would highly recommend. I went in to get a new screen for my iPhone and they informed me that it was just the protective screen film that was damaged. They removed the thick plastic film from my screen and refused to accept any payment. Service with a smile!

I have "More Than A Feeling" that I'll be returning to RADTEK again and again. "I Had A Good Time" the last time I called in there and there's always "Someone" there "With You" to help solve your computer problems. Their excellent and friendly service gives me "Peace Of Mind" leaving me "Feeling Satisfied" and I haven't had service that good in a "Long Time". Whenever I have any computer problems, "My Destination" is always RADTEK and "It's Easy" to just "Walk On" down there, where their credo has always been, "We're Ready" to help, so "Don't Be Afraid" to just drop in "Someday" and say hello .............. I have been using Radtek for a number of years and rely on them for help when I have problems with my Macbook and iphone. They also deal with Windows products. Radtek are most helpful and have always been able to solve my computing problems. They are very competitively priced and will get any accessories needed by next day. If they can't help you they will tell you straight away. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for all computer problems.
