Had speedy, effective and friendly service from Simon who collected, fixed several issues and returned my HP laptop in little more than 24 hours. He also provided an informative service pack that included some useful ‘how to’ tips. Very happy to highly recommend. Andrew H

Simon copied the contents of my old desktop to a laptop and upgraded it from Windows 8 to 10. He completed the tasks I requested, provided advice when required and proactively chased up the purchase of a new monitor when he believed the first was not of sufficient quality. I would recommend.

Spoke to Simon regarding a water damaged laptop. He tried replacing the HD drive but that appeared not to be the only issue. Advised it may not be potentially cost effective to repair. NO CHARGE as he had not fixed the problem. Very honest & would consider using again if I have IT issues.

I deleted a lot of photos off my PC and then over wrote the hard drive which was devastating. SD facilitated a partial recovery of the hard drive and to be fair, I reckon most of the 'lost' photographs were recovered which was fabulous. Took on board some useful advice as well. SD Computers really solved a problem with my laptop as the screen kept on going blank they was pretty quick diagnosing the fault and replaced the back light and inverter on the screen and everything is working as it should be thanks for the speedy fix.
