Absolute amazing service!!!! Beforehand I had my 360 HP Spectre for repairs in Germany and got told I should better buy a new laptop, cause it's not worth it when the motherboard is broken, they charged me €72 for checking ......then I dropped it at Adams and he told me about their policy. A repair for £125 or no charge at all when not repairable. And her we go, a week later I had my repaired laptop back. I absolutely love this approach to repair as much you can, that's also good for the environment. On top the service was super friendly and I got a lot of tips including a very good conversation. I rang 2 days ago on wed morning after my son accidentally cracked his HP laptop screen, and the very helpful friendly owner ordered a new screen straight away and then messaged me first thing this morning to say it had arrived and then fixed it straight away!! Rashid was very kind and professional. He fixed my laptop keyboard promptly after I'd been battling with liquid damage on it for over a year. I called him on a bank holiday Monday and he ordered the new laptop keyboard for me straight away. As soon as it arrived, he was ready to install it. My laptop screen went suddenly completely black last Friday evening, driving me crazy as I really need it to work and I was worried that no one would be available in Oxford to fix it immediately and, even more, on a Saturday. Then I found Adams IT Services online, called them and they came home within one hour (luckily enough as I don't have a car and I couldn't have gone as quickly to their shop) to collect my laptop; called me back again after 2-3h to tell me that the screen had to be replaced, did that after my "go ahead" and brought the laptop working as new to my house again by 6pm - all on the same day (a Saturday!) and for only £65!! They also offer a follow up service in case anything wrong comes up after their intervent. In one word: amazing!!! Thanks Adams IT Services!!

Very friendly. I had a One Plus 3T, which apparently is not that common in this part of the world. So the wait was mainly to do with acquiring the correct parts. The first attempt didn't quite work (though I noticed this only after I went away). I took the phone back and they replaced the screen again and now everything is in perfect working order. Very quick replies by email as well!

He picked up my machine Christmas Eve and returned it New Year's Eve, having managed to source an official replacement part even though the manufacturer was closed over the holidays. Amazing. I mean *really* amazing service. I had a big work meeting on Wednesday (I own a web design firm in downtown Oxford), got to the office, opened my laptop and my screen was cracked. My heart sank...I needed my screen fixed *that* day. I went into my meeting, and had the guys in the office start looking for someone who could actually get it done (I had zero hope of it actually happening). When I got out of my meeting, they said, your laptop will be picked up and back here by 6pm. I was astonished. Adams IT picked it up from our office at 3pm, and had it hand delivered back by 5:30. Because I own a web design company, I have dealt with a lot of IT service providers over our 16 years in business, and I have to say that Adams IT are the finest I have found (and reasonably priced). I can't thank them enough for getting it done as same day service, and being so nice to work with. :)

I repaired my cracked iPad screen there, the shop owner was being very nice, patient and responsible, he even delivered my iPad to my house after knowing I lived quite far away from his shop. Fantastic service at a very reasonable price. Adams IT collected my iPhone 5S on a Sunday, repaired the broken glass and delivered it again, all within an hour. When I noticed the next day that there was an intermittent fault with the touchscreen, they replaced the entire screen assembly a second time with no further charge, again collecting and delivering. The first people I will call next time I need something repairing!

Having taken my Asus Ultrabook to PC World and told it would cost £400 to fix, I phoned Rashid who investigated the (supposed) SSD fault and told me within the hour that the SSD was not at fault. I could find nobody in Oxford to repair my i-phone - until I found Adams IT Services on -line. I had inadvertently dropped my i-phone into a pot of floor varnish!
