These guys are just great. I've been three times for different reasons and on every occasion been treated politely, fairly and efficiently. On the last occasion Ghagan went the extra mile and spent the best part of an hour sorting out my printer problem for no extra cost. Honest service. Wanted to fix my phone, they offered free phone diagnostic service and they were sincere in mentioning the problem, it's fixes and costs. I didn't want to fix it and they didn't charge me anything. Usually I don't trust these shops, but when I read the reviews on google, I thought let me give it a chance. I went in for a screen repair for my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. At first the shop itself looks very nice and clean. I was greeted by the staff and they asked me how the can help me. I explain them the situation on my phone, that it had been dropped at work and now half of the screen doesn't work. They explained me everything and what kind of repair it will take to fix the phone. They gave me a better price than any other shops in the area. The phone got fixed within 1 hour and they gave me 3 months warranty. I also got a very nice case and screen protector. My overall experience was really good. I would definitely recommend everyone to get their phones fixed by Cell Phone Repairs.

This is the only shop I go to because these guys are the only people who are honest when they do a repair. My earpiece was not working and they told me they can clean it and see if it works and that cost £15 or if the cleaning does not help they have to replace it. They were honest and told me it's just a cleaning. They could have told me they replaced it and charged me full price but they didn't. Thank you guys! I'll come back and recommend it.

Bought a Sony Xperia Z5 on 27/10/2020, the staff were unable to test the phone as they thought the battery was flat, I was disappointed to find when I got home that the backlight wasn't working, and it wasn't a battery issue. 28/10/2020 I return to the store and they were very understanding of the problem, they offered me a replacement phone. I walked out with a fully functioning Lenovo Vibe P1 within 10 minutes. The only problem i have with the phone is there is a little burn-in on the screen, but it doesn't affect me using the phone so i'm not in the slightest bothered about that. All other features on the phone work well without a problem. I highly recommend them because they are happy to replace any phone they sell you if there's a problem, or they'll offer to repair it. Thanks for your help. :-)

Called in here today as my Samsung was not charging. I was quoted an hour and £40 to fix with a new charging port. On my return I was informed that the port just needed an internal clean, so it was only £15! Great service and honesty. I can think of a few places that would have charged me full price and not said anything. If I get any more problems with a phone, these guys will be my first on my list! was put on the spot to write on here 😯 I was not even holding my phone...I'm not sure about any of this....originally very polite and helpful. .after my new screen went wrong through no fault of mine...I was rung up and told no physical damage (which I had already said) told replace it and ready next day...it wasn't because they were busy....was called again to say neither black screens would work only white one...which I found odd. finally went in today.. to be told it was physical damage!!! No it was not! but as a gesture no charge....which I was expecting anyway ,as my phone had started deteriorating after 2 weeks....no signal all the time...everything going slow then blank screen. Ended up buying a screen protector and phone protector. ....had phone couple of hours and started saying 'no signal '😢 not had my phone for nearly a week! Since having my phone back,I had pop ups through Google of naked woman!!!! And suggestive messages. 1 of which came up in front of my 4 yr old daughter!!!!😡...I have ended up having to buy a phone,as mine never worked properly after this store had it. I will not be going back here ever and would not recommend it!!! I DID NOT PUT THE 5 STAR RATING!!!ONE OF THE MEN IN THE SHOP DID USING MY PHONE!!!!

Excellent service from the guys in Cell Phone Repairs. I bought a used HTC One M8 from them, to replace my company phone. When I eventually got a SIM from Vodaphone I discovered that on calling a number the other person couldn't hear me. took i back, and they swapped it without hesitation. I carried on setting it up, but then found the 3G/4G wouldn;t connect. Tried my SIM in different phone and fine, so I thought it must the be phone again. Back I go today, and as soon as I said what the problem was, the guy knew the cause, and set it up correctly for me there and then. (To do with APN config) They're all very helpful, and offer an excellent service in my experience and opinion. I will go to them for any phone-related issues/purchases from now on.
