Went in to buy a laptop and we were only in the country for one more day. Gabriel was an incredible, helpful and knowledgeable assistant who helped us immensely. We came out with the perfect laptop for my mum and a tablet for my son. Couldn't have asked for better service.

i needed an appliance urgently so looked online saw what i wanted at the price region i had in mind and they had it in store. so i go to the store find the appliance then a staff member (he was great) who said they only had the display model which they dont sell, this happened twice so my budget went up by £50 to get what i needed. i could have ordered it to collect in 2 days but i needed it NOW, why say there is stock when its the display model thats shown as stock!.

I had to return some faulty airpods which I bought around Christmas time last year. I wrote to the repair team initially and the replied promptly and allocated me with a reference number and asked me to take the airpods to my local store so they will look at them to assess the problem... accessing the store could be a nightmare because of traffic but that particular day the traffic was moving smoothly and when we got to the store which usually have incredible que but we were greeted at the door and asked what we needed and directed to the customer service team... we didn't have to wait as a member of staff was available and they took our airpods and the accompanying receipt and reference number from email recieved from currys ... our issue was dealt with and at each stage the customer service lady kept us informed of what she was doing, engaging with us as she was solving our issue. We left very satisfied

I purchased a hp laptop online ...within weeks it became faulty....I called them informed regarding that....after hearing my complaints they agreed to exchange it ...and they booked an appointment by DPD courier service for return collection... But for two days DPD doesn't knock at my door......I got irritated and called currys pc world.....they spoken to me in a very polite manner....and told they will try to fix it as soon as possible.... I decided to visit the place for my laptop exchange without much expectations them.... But am damn impressed with their customer service...after I reached there.. within minutes they gave me a new laptop which is working very well now....♥️♥️♥️......thanks currys pc world for their excellent service... But I recommend not to return any product through DPD courier service...they will not knock at your door .. Better to buy products from store itself....

Very well laid out store, with a great selection of products broken down into different sections such as gaming, computing, TVs, domestic appliances, etc. Staff are very helpful, however sometimes you will need to go looking for them and asking for help if required

Far away from the city centre. It’s more suitable for car drivers. I went there for buying a phone but they didn’t have any. If I wanted to order online I wouldn’t bike all that way. Disappointed.

Store was clean and well laid out with signs, but unfortunately there were not many members other of staff around when you needed help with products meaning quite a long wait when other people also needed to wait in the same aisle for help to obtain wanted larger items. Whether this is just a lack of staff, covid measures or something else or just the odd day I don't know.

Opening hours exactly when I am at work. Went there the next day a bit earlier to find that non of the TVs we wanted to purchase was available even for order. I have had to drive to Gloucester to purchase the TV. However, after taking into account previous experience, the shop ain’t too bad. When we purchased dishwasher and washing machine last year, we received a good service.

Staff were super helpful, stock was minimum through no fault of there own but we left very happy due to staff going above and Beyond for us. One of the managers laurence and the assistants that helped and advised us made our laptop shopping experience a lot less stressful than we thought. Thank you everyone.

I bought washing machine from currys hover brand, it was faulty, currys team came to change, this time it was LG, fault was fitting. 2 guys came to fit. Guy name Alex was not good but other guy name Sam was outstanding brilliant. Hats off for Sam. Very professional and great job. I ll highly recommend Sam for better POS in the company. Slightly strange. I ,eventually, found a computer I wanted, only to be told it was out of stock, as was my second choice. No idea when they would be available. Fair enough, there are worse problems. My third choice was available, plenty of them in our warehouse. However you can't buy it now,you have to order it online and collect it tomorrow. So, other than that,clean and tidy, well laid out. Visit one day looked at a selection of items 3 items in all. Had to come home to measure that items would fit. Returned the next day to discovered the TV we were interested in had increased in price by nearly £100. Asked the manager about this increase but would not budge if we wanted it would have to pay the increased price. EXPLAIN??????

They have most of everything tech/electric. Prices are mostly as good as you'll get anywhere (even online). Most of the staff know most things about most items (more so in the tech area). Short of having every member of staff being an expert in every item (which gets updated/outdated quarterly), I'm not sure what more you can ask?

I went in to find a laptop for my business. The man who helped me was awesome! He even found me a better deal online straight from the manufacturer. Was really amazed by his honesty and integrity as he could have tried to sell me something from the store that would not have been adequate and more expensive. Really impressed by this, thank you 💙

As far as curry's go would probably rate this as a tika masala. Just standard really, bloke at the desk was helpful even though they did not support repairs on the laptop I had.

Had a fantastic experience recently at currys, I was looking to buy a sat nav without much knowledge, after a short period of time an assistant called H came to help providing the best information summed up simply so it wasn't a lengthy process. Very friendly and funny guy, it was brilliant service. Will definitely come back again for advice on future products.

Don't go anywhere else! The staff are great and really make one feel they care about giving a good service and finding out what one wants. If there is a problem after purchase they bend over backwards to sort things out. I love it there and it's always my first choice because I know I will be looked after.

Went there to buy a laptop for my daughter for Uni. Got so many mixed messages from Currys sellers so gave up and went home. Next day, tried again. Was served this time by a very helpful person called Mohammed. He helped her choose the laptop for her requirements and she is using it daily and very happy with it. If it wasn't for him, honestly I would have given up (particularly after the first person told her she needed a £900 computer with a £99 pen!).

The staff was helpful in suggesting different cables and accessories. I needed to increase the wifi signal in different parts of my house in Oxford and they provided explanations for how the different technology worked and the shortcomings of each (powerline vs extender). The return policy is 21 days for most items.

I have always found the staff at PC world very helpful. Today is just one example. I took my monitor in not knowing whether it was the monitor or lead that needed replacing. They were helpful and friendly. Tested the monitor which was fine, told me where I could get the lead as they don't stock it.

It's alright, prices are a bit high, but that is to be expected from a large store. It's got a lot of stuff, fridges, TVs sound systems, that sort of stuff. It's is however located in Botley retail park, so upon arriving you are going to feel like you don't belong, on account of you not being dead.

Well stocked store and there are plenty of staff on hand normally... they can be very junior and where my main agenda is to buy computer components when I visit I do find that they can't really help me to make a choice about what I want to buy (but that is partly because I know more about components than they do). ample parking facilities but it is a nightmare coming out of the car park and turning right towards Oxford because of a constant stream of traffic. real problem for the trading estate in general.

Went to buy a product, interrupted a conversation between the assistants, asked if they had the item in stock, and to confirm the price.. Opened cage, confirmed the price and wondered off to go chat again... Found a delivery chap who was helpful and got me a different "sales" assistant (the other was way too busy chatting) who then unlocked the cage again, checked for me it was the new one then sent me over to the tills to pay.. Do you not pay your sales staff comission any more as there seems to be a lack of willingness to help.
