An incredible service. After being told at Western computer that they could not replace my 2015 MacBook Air’s battery, I came here and had it done in 5 minutes. They were kind enough to clean my computer too. I’m not a very tech savvy person and was worried about using a third party service, but the staff here are extremely competent and reassuring.

My MacBook's battery life was really bad, and it needed replacing. I was wary of using somewhere not Apple-certified, but the service at Mac Simple was far quicker than other places I looked at, and I needed my laptop fixed urgently (the price does include insurance too). I didn't even need to book- I walked in, left my laptop with them, came back an hour later and it's fixed! Amazing service.

Quality service for all Apple products in Oxford,I went for a battery replacement for my MacBook pro they replaced it in an hour and haven't had an issue since. The staff is also patient and incredibly helpful. Every time I've been there they have always been fast and reliable. Would definitely recommend!

Very impressed with this service. Western Computer attempted to charge me £100 for the diagnostic alone and said that the process would take up to four days. MacSimple charged me £30, then any additional service costs and the problem was fixed within the day! 10/10 would recommend!

My battery died on on my old MacBook. Mac Simple did a battery placement for a good price. Very quick service, they called me to collect the day after I dropped it off. My Mac works like new. I would highly recommend.

Excellent battery replacement and keyboard service! If you have problems with your Mac in Oxford, I cannot recommend Mac Simple enough. After waiting for an appointment at the Apple Store, Apple told me they would take a week minimum to fix my laptop. Mac Simple took one hour to fit the battery and charged me £39 less than Apple! They even kindly replaced my key cap (which Apple had failed to do properly). The staff were extremely responsive- they replied to my email on a Sunday and they texted me and called me to update me on when my part had been delivered and when my Mac was ready. Thank you to the team at Mac Simple- I’ll certainly come back if I ever need help with my Mac in Oxford.

Had a power problem with my Father’s 27” iMac. Called Mac Simple and was asked to drop it in the same day as the call. Within 2 hours I had a call back with the diagnosis and estimate of repairs. 2 hours after this I had another call saying the works were complete. Picked the repaired computer up the same day! This is the second time I have used their services and quite frankly you would not find better anywhere else. If you have anything Apple needing repairs then this has to be your first choice. They are trustworthy professionals, courteous, and super quick.

My wife had an iPhone screen repaired at Mac Simple (Cowley). The repair didn’t take - replacement screen didn’t function properly. However, due to pandemic it was several months by the time we were able to follow up on the issue. To their credit, Mac Simple invited us to return the phone - and ended up replacing it with a new screen for no additional charge - all within 24 hours. I am very pleased with this outcome -I appreciate that sometimes repairs don’t take, but more importantly I appreciate a business that stands by their work and is willing to make it right. I came here to get my Apple Mac fixed. The computer screen was not functioning. The team here had a quick look at it and within 5 minutes the laptop was repaired. My 2010 iMac had sadly decided it would no longer continue to work. Took it in & Samson from Mac simple diagnosed a new HD, they fixed it but sadly what seemed to be the same problem occurred. Contacted Samson and he asked me to bring it back in, it was fixed again very promptly and now it works like a dream. Brilliant service, no messing about, i'm a very happy customer and would certainly recommend.

Excellent. I've been a mac user since the early 1980s, and have been through dozens of repair and support businesses in that time, some better than others. They were quick, the price was excellent, and they gave me sensible advice about fixing my older machines (or not). One of the best services I've had over the years, and no hard sell, just good sense from someone who obviously knew the machines well and could diagnose issues with his brain rather than by following a questionnaire designed for a numpty.

Highly recommended! Dropped in with a significant issue. The staff let me try a few simple fixes and then tried a couple themselves before quoting a replacement piece. They then fixed the computer in an hour and returned it good as new. Friendly, patient, knowledgable and efficient = exactly what you need for a mac repair place! Phoned the Moreton-In-Marsh office when my I-Mac was running slowly. I was given a same day slot to bring in the monitor, a diagnostic was run and the results were discussed. i was given various options on improving performance (back to original level or above that level), changing disc types to an SSD and different options for disc space (based on my existing storage use). My choice of replacement disc was ordered (available next business day) and the data transfer was then performed (which was an overnight exercise given original disc performance and volume of data). My i-Mac was available the following morning and running 5X faster than previously - like a new machine (but upgraded)! Great service and knowledge. These guys really know their stuff and no "hard sell". I will point everyone in my network in this direction for all Apple issues.

I dropped my new IPhone after getting of the bus and didn’t know what to do. Phone was not usable and was flickering even though it had a screen protector on. My uncle who was staying with us for a few days took me to the Mac simple in Moreton in Marsh about 5 minutes from where I live and the cost to repair phone screen and buy a new protector was £86 (IPhone SE) and the phone took 25 minutes to repair. Staff are friendly and chatty and I will definitely recommend this place

Called Mac Simple last Thursday with view to upgrading a very slow running 2011 imac, having seen very complimentary reviews on line. I was very happy with their plan to upgrade and dropped the imac off with them late on Friday afternoon. The Tuesday morning after I received a call to say all was finished and on Wednesday morning I picked it up. I now have an amazingly fast running imac with solid state hard disc and uprated RAM. All my data and software was transferred onto the new hard disc without any issue and the other components were all checked out. I will have no hesitation in returning to Mac Simple in future and have already recommended to a couple of friends. Great service.

My Macbook Pro 2009 had a dying hard drive and they were able to revive my "vintage Mac" and make it feel like new by installing a high-speed Solid state drive to replace the old one. I had been told by the main Apple servicer in Oxford that I needed to simply buy a new computer, but the technicians at Mac Simple proved that theory wrong. Another glowing review I'm afraid! Popped in as I was having problems with the speaker on my Iphone - when I FaceTimed or used speakerphone no one could hear me. After a few minutes, the problem was easily diagnosed (speaker was dirty and needed cleaning) and solved. A simple problem with a simple solution but I never would have fixed it by myself. I had a number of internet and hard drive issues on my Mac that I couldn't solve and thought would cost me a lot of money to diagnose, plus it would be necessary to replace / upgrade bits of hardware. This small firm is superb. They have sorted us out several times now. My latest was a question mark stuck in folder symbol flashing on my screen... they took it in straightaway, explained the possible reasons - and kept in touch as they did the tests to discover whether the hard disk was wrecked or whether there was a simpler solution. And all this having looked me up straightaway to discover I was still on guarantee. It was a disconnected cable in the end: all sorted, screen and keyboard cleaned without my asking; advice about backing up ( I am an elderly user without the digital instinct) - and all my data intact. I cannot recommend them too highly.

If you're uncertain about the problem with your Mac, don't go anywhere else. Tom will find and present all possible solutions, and fast. I had an old Mac Book Pro with manufacturer defect. He said I could do it quickly through him for £50 to cover courier cost or do it for free through the Authorised Dealer in town - Wester Computer. "Free" sounded good so I took it to Western Computer. They sent it away and their technicians determined the computer didn't have the error that Tom at Mac Simple had found, and sent it back unrepaired. I took iit back to Tom and he had the Mac Book Pro completely fixed within a week. More of the story: Go to Tom if you want fast, reliable, efficient service to get your Mac fixed and don't go anywhere else.
