Booked an appointment today to get my Huawei phone's screen fixed. I honestly thought it was unfixable because the front and the back were completed smashed and my screen wouldn't even turn on anymore. I was very impressed with the service that I received today. My phone was showing 'no sim' and I'd tried everything to fix it (contacted the network, re-set settings, got another sim card etc). However, nothing worked! I took it to these guys and they did the diagnostic on it for free and magically it started to work again. No charge. I had a battery charging issue with my laptop and Gerry assisted me promptly and was very efficient in troubleshooting and fixing the problem right away, usually it would take 4 hours for a diagnosis with a service charge, however his resolution attitude solve the issue right away and he did not charge me. Great service and great attitude! Great for customer satisfaction and customer loyalty and great for brand recognition.

I had a problem with my phone. They were very helpful with trying to resolve the problem with my battery and changed it without additional charge 3 times. When the motherboard on my old board completely died, they were able to retrieve my data and migrate it across to a new phone with no extra charge. Garry and Laslo have really helped me over the last few months I know for future reference to upgrade more quickly. Thank you guys. Loosing your contacts is very stressful.

The staff here very very friendly and really did all they could for my phone. Apparantly my motherboard was broken & unfixable, so it would have to be replaced. Before they concluded this though, they tested every part of my phone to make sure it wasn't anything else. Sadly they said that the only way to fix my phone was to replace the motherboard completely, which means that all my data were lost :( this is not their fault though, they were just the messenger. I eventually decided to just buy a new phone instead of fixing this one, but if I had decided to have it fixed, it would definetely have been with them. They took care with my phone and the diagnosis was free, which is very kind of them especially since it took them a couple of days to test every part of my phone and motherboard. They also gave me advice on some new phones that were similar to mine and in a similar price range. I didn't end up buying any of them, but mainly because I like to do a lot of research before I make such an investment. My only issue was that they were not very communicative. Over the course of 4 days, I went into the shop 4 times. Every time before I left, the staff told me they would call me at a certain time the same/next day for an update on my phone (I told them to email me instead, as they had my phone and also it was broken. So I think they must've meant email when they said call?). Every time I had to go into the shop a couple hours/a day after they told me they would contact me, because I hadn't heard from them. And every time they assured me that this time, they really would contact me. Yet they never did. I can't really judge the repair service, as like I said I didn't have my phone repaired here.

Outstanding quality of service - a free diagnostic provided with a 30 minute turnaround followed by an additional 30 minutes to replace a broken lcd screen on an iPhone. Just returned from the New Inn Hall street location, and had the most AMAZING service. I called ahead, and was able to schedule an appointment within the hour. The store was spotless, it felt extremely COVID safe, and I could not have asked for a better experience there or service. Garry, the store manager, kindly helped me with fixing the hinges of my Beats headphones headband. He generously supplied an extra screw, and fixed the hinges--all completely free of charge. Without his speedy, professional and responsive service, I would not be able to put them on my head or use them as normal. He really saved me, and was so pleasant and professional!! Very lucky to have this shop in central Oxford.

Fantastic experience and good value. My LG phone was water damaged (and then refused to charge) and I took it to a few places in my area that would not repair it as they did not seem to have the expertise. Had an iPad screen replaced in March 2020 (I'm writing this in January 2021). Initially all worked well, but after a few months, the base of the screen started separating from the body of the device. I took it in again and they fixed it correctly this time at no charge, as their repairs carry a year warranty. The service is good, but be sure you really check your device carefully before walking out.

Repair my phone today sorted my phone screen out in just over an hour. The screen was quite badly damaged and the new screen is perfect! The staff were friendly and very helpful. They even gave me a powerbank of s good make because of a Christmas offer, like a christmas present. With regards to value for money I have no context, I got a screen replacement for a Galaxy S10 and it cost me just over £200. Initially I thought this was quite high, but I suppose that is just the price of parts and labour, I am no techno wizz so I have very little notion of the cost of parts. All in all this was a very quick, effective service with kind helpful staff. I hope I shall not need another new screen but I will shop there again for other things.

Good not great. At £65, the screen repair for my iPhone 7 was much less than half the price that apple wanted to charge (which was almost as much as buying a second-hand handset on eBay would have cost). Service here is quick and professional, which is good if you can't spend long without your phone. However, as is expected at this price, a lower-quality screen is used which is washed-out compared to the standard apple screen, and force-touch works very temperamentally with my device, with the screen seemingly pressed further in on the left side compared to the right. At this price, however, this is something I am happy to live with until I can get a phone upgrade.

Really great service and fair price - I'd use them again. Way above the normal expectation for a mobile phone repair place! In the context of Covid though, 0% mask wearing among staff, no signs up, 0% mask wearing by customers (which I realize the shop can't enforce, but they are making no effort), and lots of extended face-to-face conversations service conversations without distancing. Basically aside from some (widely ignored) queueing signs on the floor, this shop is acting like the new rules don't exist which, based on the current scientific understanding at least, puts everyone in there at risk. Really disappointing for an otherwise fantastic place.

Stopped in on Sunday to look at phone options. They have a decent selection of refurbished phones in excellent condition and offer a 12 month warranty. I was able to upgrade at a fraction of the cost of buying brand new. My husband needed a new battery in his old iPhone and was able to get it repaired within 2 hours. Olympia was incredibly helpful and made sure the phones were charged and ready to go when we returned. We both highly recommend this shop.

Great service. Went in about my phone that was broken and they were there straight away to help me. The staff are helpful and know what to do. It took around an hour for my phone to be fixed which was really fast and helpful because I wanted it ready before I went to work . The price was reasonable as well

Fantastic service. I went over to their store earlier today to replace my malfunctional charging port and degraded battery. Cost me £80 total which honestly is much cheaper than I had thought (apple would’ve charged £80 just for a battery replacement.) Staff were all really friendly and didn’t ask a lot of tedious questions regarding the damage - I told them what’s wrong with the phone, they gave me a price and told me to come back in an hour. So far my battery capacity is back at 100% and my phone’s charging port works perfectly. Definitely recommended.

I had a significant problem with a Samsung galaxy s6 that I had bought second hand. i took it to Repair My Phone Today and they fixed it. However this fix threw up other issues that were really to do with the age of the phone. They persevered and did several other fixes - all at their own cost - and I have now received the phone back working perfectly. I cannot think that they made a penny out of me. I am astonished and delighted with the job they have done. It is wonderful to meet an outfit of such professionalism who put the customer first. Oxford is very lucky to have this shop operating on it's streets.

Excellent service!!! My mobile was completely unusable afger a car had run o er it.I was very scared because I was pretty sure that all my data were permanently lost. Basically they managed to replace many components on it, but the motherboard was damaged. They told me that the motherboard repair is a kind of job that they can do just on their technical lab and the repair would have taken roughly 7 to 10 working days. Honestly they did not give me many chance to have it fixed, because it was badly damaged. They were really kind because they rent me a mobile phone for the entire holding period free of charge. I tried their "in-house" £45 ( +parts) service for a dead water-damaged Samsung S6 which I really only wanted repairing to recover a few days of photos. They took it apart and said it couldn't be repaired in the shop and would need to be sent away with a minimum charge of £80 (maybe £90). That was more than I thought the photos worth, but as this is a "no fix no fee" service I was charged nothing for the examination. Seemed like a competent place, would go back.

Having taken a tumble tripping over a bike just outside Oxford station which sent my phone flying and cracked the screen, I picked myself and the phone up then walked into the station. While waiting for my train to arrive, the phone was useable but the crack in the screen was like a spider's web where I wondered how long it would hold out I found an ad for this place as I started to think about options going forward for a replacement phone. My train was due to arrive albeit a few minutes late after 17.40, I decided to walk to this place for a quote. I must have arrived here at about 17.50 and I was pleased to be told they could fix it for me, as the battery as been in need of replacement for some time I also enquired about a battery replacement. They said they could do it also and all was done about 10 mins before their closing time at 18.20. Well happy with this service and also a 12 month guarantee on the work done.
