Mark at AB Computer and Laptop Repairs is brilliant. I gave him a telephone call and within 1 hour was able to drop off my laptop for him to look at. Within only 1 day my laptop was repaired and for only £20, where I had previously been quoted £80. I would definitely recommend and use again should I have any troubles. Thanks again, Mark.

Superb service at a very good price. Windows 10 Critical stop code error at start up which Windows could not repair and I could not fix. Fixed by Mark quickly - reason for error identified and detailed to me. After care service was superb, including top tips on how to avoid the issue in the future. i had a problem with my custom built PC but wasn't sure what the problem was so i decided to try find someone to take a look at it and i came across this site so i gave them a call which is where i was greeted by mark who told me to bring in the computer when ever i liked which was great as i needed the computer fixed. so i took it the his house in which i left the computer there over night and he got back to me in the next day and had found the problem which allowed me to get it fixed. he also had a look at it free of charge which was a huge bonus. i was a bit worried at first that i was leaving my £1000 computer with a stranger but i am glad that i decided to trust him i would recommend his service to anyone. After several weeks of "getting by" with non-functioning buttons on the touchpad I was also presented with a cooling fan which, when working, sounded more like a coffee grinder so obviously a repair was essential. Had 2 " Experts" !! come to try and sort my 9 years old computer out..So after spending all that money they both said scrap it ...As a pensioner I was very reluctant to do that ...was talking to a pal he said ..have you tried "Doc" Mason ??..he is the best !.....OK says I... thinking yes another " expert"!!...Along comes this Bruce Willis look alike ...I gave him the history he says ...no problem !!....He told me the price to put it right ( I thought of the price for a new P C )...,OK so he took it away and said ...it will come back as new ...what I will do is keep all your personal stuff ..wipe it clean to factory new standard then re-load your stuff ..I will be back in a day or two he say ...True to his word he was back in a couple of days stood on my doorstep and said with a big grin on his face...ITS FIXED!!...I thought yes Ha!..so we plugged it in and away we went , true to his word it was perfect ...boy was I pleased ..Now here was a REAL EXPERT..his price was more than reasonable and I did not have to pay out £450 for a new PC..A nice guy to deal with as well ..no bullshit plain speaking ..hope he does well as he deserves it ...he fixed it for me and saved me a lot of cash at the same time ..HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Hello, before I start the review. To find his house its down a cul de sac that's street sign says "No 1-11" He's at number 7. Google maps will take you pass his house which is highly inconvenient, and try and convince you his house is in someone's garden (naughty google) . I was walking around ages trying to find it. Anyway I digress. He is a really friendly guy, I explained what had happened, as my laptop just wouldn't turn on. I always try and fix stuff myself but upon realising I couldnt, I tucked my tail between my legs and went to visit him. Luckerly for me this guy knows what he's doing and fixed it in roughly 50 minutes. I went home a happy guy. I would recommend him to anyone.
