Whilst they could have ordered in the part it wouldn't have been quite as quick as another option, and as my pc is useless without it I prefer the faster route.

Prices are competitive with on-line and massively cheaper than PC world or Maplins.
When buying A PSU, I got free cables thrown in including kettle lead and 6pin to 4pin power cables.
I went back for motherboard spacers these were also given to me for free. Although these are cheap items on-line when the only other place that sells them in town are Maplins as part of a PC screw set for £19.99. This saved me the wait.
